They are fantastic - Sherab will even clean the stairs and landing outside of our apartment. I really like that they are conscious of the environment and bring their own cleaning supplies. I forwarded the email with her confirming my time and address, and she didn't have anything to say. I received an email saying she forgot to put me in the schedule. She was persistent and attentive, she came to assess the condo so she can provide me with an estimate. She was accommodating with my schedule too which was fantastic for an 8-5 person like myself. Her team did a great job. I have hardwood floors and it was spotless and no any marks whatsoever. They scrubbed the toilet and washroom hard which was sooo good. Moreover, they cleaned the drawers too, no crummies - success! After the cleaning, her team stayed and waited for me to review the work. They took $30 off my total charge, but still paying $105 for the inconvenience of having to clean myself, especially given that our home doesn't have enough space or belongings (it's an Air BnB) to justify the cost is brutal. Other things were missed like cleaning the exterior of the kitchen cabinets, inside of drawers, dusting of certain areas. Very disappointing. When I followed up on the service, I never even received an apology.

I got a message from them around past 4pm that they will come by 7pm.....they eventually came by 7pm and all I can get for a $350 service is nothing but a bad job. The guy that came didn't worked up to 1 hour. I am deeply hurt this is a cleaning company I will never recommend to anybody. Please read reviews before paying for services.

He was super easy to communicate with the was honest and transparent with pricing. He does residential work on weekends so it's very convenient if you work during the week. Alex is a great person, very friendly, honest and knowledgeable, you can tell he is passionate about his work and knows what he is doing. I love to support small businesses like this! The good: - arrived promptly and ready to get started. - they worked away and completed the job in under 2 hours - they use advanced equipment and even did a blue light test since I have a pet and used an enzyme remover to minimize smells - they were extremely clean while working and when leaving, you couldn't even tell they'd been there. They cover their feet and cleaned everything they used in the house...thanks guys! - alex was very thorough and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions my mom and I had. He suggested a yearly clean, will definitely be calling him back this summer to do my other sofa set! - so transparent in pricing, the couch had intricate folds but he pulled them right back and cleaned every inch of the couch and was true to pricing.
