Kimberly is AMAZING! After years of living in a rural place like this you just get used to never…read morehaving delivery, especially after the only pizza place nearby went under. Recently, we got hometown pizza that delivers, but, that was it. Kimberly came in and SAVED THE DAY! She delivers just about anything in the area. Steakhouse, El Nopal, we even tried to get Wendys (don't eat at the wendys in rockmart, just sayin....) She's fast and friendly and communicates VERY well!! You can pay with credit card, online, I assume cash too? (I always use card..) Recently, my parents were visiting and we were going to have a nice evening at Steakhouse, but, I managed to sprain my ankle really bad that morning. So, I gave Kimberly a text and within probably 45 minutes we had hot warm steak on the table! (Well.. TV trays.. the house is mostly empty because I'm selling it..) I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend On The Fly!!! She also has cleaning service, I think? (forgive me I don't know how official that is..) She helped me clean the house to prep it for listing and did a GREAT job!

Poor attitude about customer service when they are not right. I have ordered for my family of 7…read morefrom them many times - spent lots of money - but any time there has been an issue, they have been RUDE, IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT, and NOT ACCOMODATING. I have waited hours before to be told (on more than one occassion) that the food won't be coming, or have had parts of the order left at the restaurant. The other night I ordered at 5:45 via their service for Mellow Mushroom, and could get no one on the phone by 8:00pm. I called the store to find out if they had my order. Mellow Mushroom knew nothing about the order nor the company I made the order through. Got this email from Bumble Bee at 9:29pm: Dear Customer We just tried to call you. The driver left the restaurant and should have been there by now. However, I will issue you a $50 gift card and your purchase today we will cancel and take the lost. We have already picked up your food somehow not sure the driver may have got lost. By the time you get your food it probably will be cold so we will just cancel and send you a gift card. Next time you order could you send us an email so we will be on the look out for it, Your gift card will come to your email address. We are sorry this happened but since the order was stuck it put your order behind by 2 hours. Below is the ACTUAL LETTER I received from Bumblee Bee today, 3 days later: Dear Customer We apologize for the problems you have experienced when using our delivery service. What happened the other day when you ordered was out of our control. 1st your order was stuck in queue for 2 hours, next we called Mellow Mushroom and placed the order with one of their waitress but when we arrived they did not have an order so we had to place another order and wait for the food to be cooked. They did advise that there waitress did not enter the order into the computer and wrote it down. Next our driver actually got lost so the whole day and experience was really extreme. However, we were going to deliver your food free of charge but after a very long wait we decided to cancel because once you received your food it would have still been cold. You have been fully refunded for any expense and were not charged! Since there has been problems in the past we are going to part ways and will not be delivering to your address in the future. We did receive information that you contacted Mellow Mushroom. In your comment that you made to them you stated our prices are too high! We do not make anyone use our service and it is totally your choice to use us or not. If our prices are too high then that's fine but you do not have to use us. We have no affiliation with any restaurants that are listed on our website and therefore its our customer who choose if they want to use us to deliver to there homes. Other restaurants that deliver from Mellow Mushroom with no affiliation are GrubSouth.com TigerTakeOutNow.com MobileWaiters.com Postmates.com Feel free to google or look these companies up as well. They offer takeout from restaurants. If our prices are too high or delivery time we prefer you address it with us. However since we are not contracted through Mellow Mushroom or any other restaurant they have no control if our customers pay us a fee to deliver to them. We are not hired as a driver for any restaurant but are totally independent. We appreciate the business we have done with you in the past and valued our relationship with you as a customer but from here on out we will no longer deliver to your address. Thanks Its funny because I never planned on ordering from them ever again. Good luck, but I wouldn't risk any important meals on them. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (later after post was initially made) Called Mellow Mushroom today and spoke with the manager to find out why they said I complained about the pricing. Manager was shocked - after I called to see if the order had been placed and told them how, the manager looked the company up online and realized they were charging almost double for their food. In addition, they charge a gratuity fee AND a delivery charge! Mellow Mushroom had NO IDEA that this company even had them listed. Mellow Mushroom was the one that had issue with BumbleBee and their pricing. I suppose Bumblee -Bee considered me a snitch and decided to attack me for it with the letter above. Unless you want to pay insane prices, just order it yourself and pay the 1.00 it takes you in gas to pick it up. THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT.

So when I heard about this place, I was excited and had to take a chance. I was surprised at the number of restaurants I had to choose from and actually had a hard time picking on out because there were so many good choices. I finally settled on one and placed my order online. You have to call them if it's your first time ordering for confirmation but that's only a one time thing. The driver came right on the ETA they gave me at delivery. I liked that they email you notifications when your driver arrives at your restaurant of choice and is on his way to you. Overall, I'm ecstatic that I now have delivery options out here in BFE. Will definitely use them again.

This is a great food delivery service. We placed an order for 6, and it couldn't have been easier…read more We placed the order over the phone, but they have a good website if you choose to go that route. After you've placed your order, you're emailed a tracking number and your receipt. You can track your order via their website right up to the time it hits your door, and our order arrived on time. Food was hot and the delivery charge is a good deal. On top of the good service, what really impressed me was how well they handled a couple hiccups. The deliverer didn't have the Coke we ordered. He gave us a Coke Zero and a Sprite to make up for it. I was emailed my tracking number, but the receipt didn't come through. I sent a contact us message through their website, and within minutes their company President emailed me the receipt apologizing for the minor hiccup. No doubt that I will be using their service again. No business runs perfect 100% of the time, and it's a testament to a good company on how they handle the minor hiccups. Those are the companies that go from good to great.
