It is difficult to source environmentally sustainable furniture, but at least some of their products are labelled FSC. They could do better with garden furniture, which appears to be completely Asian hardwood when not plastic. The soft furnishings and household goods all appear to be made in China, but are mostly robust and wear well.
The staff are helpful and efficient, but not overly friendly or courteous. A delivery service is offered and although they offer to construct the flat packs, we have had no experience of that service either, so cannot rate here.
A second Dänisches Bettenlager can be found at the Familia site in Flensburg-Engelsby, but they have a more limited display of furniture.
