However the selection seems to be limited. Some items in the Tesco Finest were covered in a thick layer of dust with a very short shelf life remaining. Apparently there's not much demand among the locals for this kind of produce. Try the Kostrzyn Tesco instead if you want a mid-sized supermarket experience near the German/Polish border. Gubin is a bit rougher and less touristy but if you enjoy variety, it is not necessarily the ideal place. I expected to find an ATM but rather discovered an automatic bureau de change (housed in an ATM-style enclosure) in front of this Tesco, selling Euros, US dollars and Polish złoty 24/7.
