Was very happy with Dr Kauffman's office til it came to the authorization, with UHC doesn't required it for new denture for my husband. l called UHC ask them to send them a letter authorizing it. My insurance called them while l was on the phone, a 3way conversation that is when my insurance told Hailey none was required. She told them that she mailed it to them, my insurance asked her to what address, she refused to give them the address that she mailed it to. That is not cooperating with my insurance. l changed Doctor. I was planning on also have work done and l also told my neighbor, he also wanted an appointment but after that we are all going somewhere else. read more

While I am still so grateful for Dr. Kauffman being the answer to many years of praying for a godly dentist & consider him to be the GOAT in his field, his young receptionist whom I still think the world of has now failed for the second time to return my calls after waiting over a week for a response. After finally calling her back myself re: my copayment, I let her know that I usually just post a new revised review of the final grade earned of an F to replace the original A. She apologized & told me about how crazy it had been at the office here lately to which could definitely relate to that at my own workplace & that this time I could average the A & the F for an overall newly revised earned grade of about a C or C- but decided in the end she had earned a B (4/5 stars) because at the end of our pleasant conversation I believe we came to a really good understanding regarding the importance of returning client phone calls in a timely manner. She also gave me Dr. K's fax number when I requested it in order for me to send her my copay info b/c I could tell she was being inundated with other calls. In closing, I am looking forward to my appt next week with Dr. K & his staff. read more

This office is full of great people who give great care. They care about their patients and do excellent work. A rare combination of compassion and expertise. I always dreaded going to the dentist; Dr. Kauffman and staff have made it so I almost look forwards to it. read more
