    So let me start off by saying I hate writing bad reviews. And I much rather be writing a good…read morereview on how well it went and how much revenue I received after selling my property through this company. But due to the circumstances I just can't in this situation and believe me i tried to make the best of the situation. First of all I employed Bill and Shelley not knowing they had switched from century 21 to here because I actually used them to buy the same house I sold with them recently. When I purchased the home I was new to the game of buying and selling houses, (it was my first house) so I didn't know anything. But im a person that is loyal, if I have a positive experience when I do business with people, hence, why I reached back out. But was I wrong this time which im assuming is based on my lack of experience previously. Through out this experience I was ignored, lied to and given horrible advice. If I were to have listioned to bills advice on the bids we were given I would have lost thousands of dollars and wouldn't have even come close to breaking even. Mind you I wasn't trying to make a profit I just wanted the 15000 dollars of remodeling I had put into the kitchen and bathroom. But bill doubted the property and its value and was content with taking the first offer they threw are way. This was disheartening and made us feel as if he was on the buyers team not ours. But i stood my ground and ignored there advice and trusted my gut and seemed guidence from realitors i trusted and did more business with in GA. We ended up making thousands more then what bill wanted us to take. Through out the process there were numerous times they failed to communicate that someone was coming to inspect or do something at the house setting of the alarm systems having the police come out. It got to the point where we were about to be charged for false alarms. In my eyes they also neglected our house by never checking on the proterty because we had a homeless person move into our house before we decided to keep the alarm system turn on. The pictures they posted on platforms such as zillow were low quality and not professionally done. I requested for them to be redone only to be ignored. I will say that luckily we did find a buyer fast which is great but just because we had a bite fast doesn't mean it we could have had more offers and better offers if things would have been done better. After we got the buyer under contract we struggled for 3 months to officially close partly due to it being a USDA loan partly due to covid and partly due to lack of motivation in my realtors. During this time if the contract would have fallen through all the platforms like zillow would have shown the houses pictures from like 1980 and showed that It wasn't for sale or undercontract. Usually when your undercontract it says on the platforms so people can still like it in case it falls through so they can come back to it. Well even after asking shelley to fix it i was ignored again well not ignored i got the typical response "I can't". I could go on for days basically my experience with this group was a "I CANT DO" attitude and as a Marine veteran I just cannot handle those type of people. So needless to say I was very rude near the end lost my temper and ended up meeting Angela who ended up being pretty decent to work with. She is why I gave a extra star and I believe thing would have gone better if I would have worked with her from the beginning. But I didn't and thats why my opinion is what its. Lastly I will say if it wasn't partly because of Angela and them threatening me with lawsuits and scaring my ex wife into not signing paper work I was trying to make this deal fall through, this is how unhappy I was with with everything. I was so upset that I didn't want my money i wanted no one to get paid. This was because I didn't believe anyone deserved their commissions. But ill leave it at that.
