This lawyer allowed the executor to go directly against the deceased's clearly stated wishes. There was no transparency, no disclosure, and no accountability. Requests for information were ignored, and the executor's actions were effectively enabled rather than corrected. For a wills and estates lawyer, failing to provide beneficiaries with the will and permitting an executor to disregard the deceased's intentions is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone involved in an estate especially beneficiaries to be very careful and to seek independent legal advice.
