They did a good job, but the computer kept FREEZING up and people had to wait a long time for it to unfreeze. They did stay longer after the wedding reception but by then most of the people had left. Finally 3 days after my purchase, I received a very "generic" email requesting general info: date and time of event which had been sent to her in several emails along with being left on several voice mails. Also in that email was information stating that while the Living Social deal was for a 2 hour time block, that wasn't sufficient time for most events and that additional hours would have to be purchased. When I questioned why this information wasn't included in the original Living Social deal or on her website then and only then was I told my date wasn't available. Also I inquired, with no response in reply, why if I was willing to make the booth available at my function for only 2 hours that wasn't enough time. Did that 2 hour period include her set-up and tear-down? I believe this was a complete "bait and switch" deal. I have sent all correspondence between this owner and myself to both Living Social who was very upset to hear how their customers are being treated and also to the Better Business Bureau, the AAF and the SC Attorney General.
