Katmer günün her saatinde yenilebilen ama her yerde yenilemeyen bir kahvaltı türüdür. İlk çıkış yeri olan Gaziantep de kahvaltı olarak tercih edilir. Bir tatlı türü olarak da adlandırılmaktadır.

Established in 2015.

Mesleğe ilk başlamam 2000 yılında oldu. Önceleri herkes gibi çırak olarak başladım. Daha sonraları mesleği öğrenmemle beraber Ustalığa yükseldim. 2015 Yılında da kendime ait olan bu iş yerini açtım.

Küçük yaşta İstanbul' a geldim. Bir tanıdığımız aracılığı ile bir tatlıcıda çırak olarak çalışmaya başladım. İlerleyen zamanlarda katmer ustası olmak için hedef belirledim. Allahın da yardımıyla zaman içinde bende katmer ustası oldum. Bir arkadaşımın desteği ile işyerimi açtım. İşyerini açalı 3 yıl oldu.
