Katie has been cleaning my apartment and my daughter's apartment for a few months now and we're both very pleased. Katie is a down-to-earth, hard-working woman who takes pride in what she does. I like her no-nonsense attitude and her work ethic. She arrives on time and does a good job. read more

Was tired of working a job for wages and thought I should try going into business for myself. There seemed to be a need where people were looking for someone to clean their home so gave it a try starting up Katie's Home Cleaning. That was in 1998 and the rest is history as I have been in business ever since.

Katie is unprofessional, rude and manipulative. She arrived 25 minutes late for the house inspection and became ruder and ruder as the tour went on, even demanding the names of previous cleaners we'd had. She was quite shocked when I told her I expected furniture and trinkets etc to be moved when cleaning. She then wildly exaggerated the time needed to clean the house and the cost was so high it was laughable. Definitely a company to avoid. PH read more
