I don't want to sound sexist but the guys that work there are very helpful and the girls...well they're more inclined to chat than help people out. I wasn't impressed at the girl who refused to help me figure out which good cheap footy to buy as a present. I caught her rolling her eyes as I turned around to the other girl working there and I was really put off and a little upset that she wouldn't help me. I finally got some help from one of the guys and told him, he apologized and when I returned to the counter she saw me coming and ran away! It was pretty embarrassing. Bad form Rebel Sport.

Expect to pay same price or less! I was also relieved to see that they had a variety of sizes in stock, so you weren't stuck with xs or xl which seems to be the case at the Smith street outlet. I'd expect them to replace a pair of faulty shoes bought a week prior without question, but no they want to assess them and don't have qualified assessors on a weekend! With Adidas literally next door I went there and got a pair of shoes at a lower cost anyway. I went looking for tent pegs and must have tried several (perhaps more upmarket) stores. They would set me back $2 each on average. At Aussie Disposals I could find them for 60 or 70c a pop. They also have a huge range of gas burners and stoves and have staff that are very approachable and can pretty much find you the best thing for your needs. Just ask. I'd always go here first for any outdoor stuff or equipment.

The layout downstairs confuses me a bit and I get a little turned around when trying to find a store I've been to countless times. They have a food court downstairs has a really good selection of cuisines and are all reasonably priced.
