She also keeps it pretty real. If you are trying to tap dance around something to make yourself look good, she will keep you in check. I like her a lot. Expect to get to the bottom of things with her and to get some real answers.

I've been working with Alli for almost 3 years and I LOVE her! I have anxiety with some childhood…read moretrauma and she is so knowledgeable about both of these. So welcoming, never judges me, she's always down to laugh with me if I need a laugh, provides support when I need to cry. She always has advice for me, no matter the issue. I have yet to stump her. The best part is, she isn't afraid to say what she doesn't know. She always has resources to refer people out for other specialized care, but the best part is that she is humble enough to recommend people to other services if necessary. Alli genuinely cares for her clients while also maintaining professional relationships and caring for herself. I can imagine it would not be easy to learn to separate herself from all the traumatic stories she may hear, she does an excellent job of caring for herself AND always shows up ready to give you 100% of her attention. Alli is the best and unfortunately for her, she will probably be stuck with me until I'm a goner!

She gives me a sense of calm ... she's impartial, supportive, and isn't afraid to challenge me when necessary. We have a conversation -- so there's actual dialogue and an exchange of ideas every session. I've been to other doctors where I do all of the talking and you never really hear from them except generic comments to keep you talking. Dr. Fronczak is different in that she is an active participant in the sessions -- you're not just sitting there, being observed. She's engaged. And by the questions she asks and how she guides us through sessions, it's obvious she cares. She is whip smart and points out any inaccuracies (for example if I'm coming to an irrational conclusion), or patterns and makes helpful observations about things I wouldn't have otherwise realized. She is a great therapist. And I have seen several. I feel a sense of calm and stability when speaking with her and after leaving. She is prompt. Very flexible with scheduling and payment. She is an excellent communicator and always gets right back to you. Her rates are on the lower side of average. She's easy to work with and easy to talk to.
