I started getting statements from horizon blue cross and upon reading my statements I noticed Kevin Fischer was charging my insurance company for services I didn't even receive! For example: Thoracic spine pain, Radiculopathy cervical region, Pain of right shoulder etc. Statements saying I had 30 min sessions when I was in there for 5 mins top. I also noticed on my statements that he was charging my insurance for dates I wasn't even there! I contacted horizon to report it and not sure what came about it. I was just disgusted by the whole experience! Don't let his niceness, no/low copayment fool you. If you still decide to go ask for your receipt at the end of your visit and check your statements from your insurance company. Good luck!!

Dr. J seemed kind and professional but I only saw him for a 5 minute assessment. The second appt I waited 1.5 hours for Dr. J but didn't see him at all - Dr. K stepped in again. This time he called me by the wrong name and seemed confused about my case. He said Dr. J told him I should see T downstairs for massage. It was difficult making an appointment with T. Our first appointment I was 10 minutes early but she was 10 minutes late. She was nice and had strong hands, but she was frazzled. The whole time she talked about her own trauma. After the sessions I had worsening symptoms and tried to reach out to Dr. J through the front desk and his google voice number but he ignored my calls. I went to this office for help but they made things so much worse for me. Very disappointed.

I never thought Accupunture would be for me..needles? No thanks! BUT Joe is an amazing Dr and has saved me from having to have sinus surgery! I was getting repeat infections especially during allergy season and was constantly at the Dr. and in antibiotics which I hate! I fly often for work and that made the sinus pain unbearable. My Dr said surgery was the only fix, so I figured I had nothing to lose trying Accupunture first. I started out with two sessions a week and cut back to a few times a month maintenance. I'm such a believer that when my 18 sessions covered by insurance runs out, I'll pay for more sessions out of pocket. I now run to him for everything; after shoulder surgery, when I have sciatica pain, digestion issues from too much Yelping and I'm wanting to see if it will work for weight-loss as well (one can hope but if you follow me, then you see allll the places I go to eat, so doubtful) lol! My DH goes for arthritis pain as well. Staff is sweet, Katie at the front desk is a doll and always works with our crazy schedules. The sessions are like a recharge for your body and brain, Joe sets you up in a private room, has a salt lamp on and spa music playing and you zone out for a half hour while those little needles do their job! I promise it doesn't hurt, I have had maybe two times where there was a little pain with one, but that is only because I have such bad sinuses. Not only is this office liars because no pharmacy sells this medicine directly to patients, but also extremely unprofessional as I have spoken to over 6 people at this office, repeat the issue they created and each has promised a call back with guidance on where to get this medicine. And, no one calls back. My mom is in between treatments and in pain and this careless group has made no effort to support and help her as a patient. They asked my mom to visit the office, gave her a prescription that cannot be accepted at any pharmacy and for doing nothing, charged Medicare. Terrible unprofessional and unethical group.
