Compassionate and Highly Professional!…read moreI am incredibly grateful to Attorney Chris for handling my car accident case. What stood out to me most was how empathetic and genuinely caring he was throughout the entire process. From our very first conversation, he listened closely to my situation and took all the legal and insurance stress off my shoulders so I could tocus entirely on healing. He was patient with all my questions, kept me consistently updated, and tought hard to make sure I was fairly compensated. If you are looking for a dedicated lawyer who treats you like a person rather than just another case number after a car accident, I highly recommend Atty. Chris. My SUV was totaled, and I was left dealing with real back pain on top of the stress of figuring out what to do next. I found Franklin & Franklin through my own research online, and the testimonials from people who had been through similar situations gave me the confidence to reach out. I'm writing this review to pay that forward for the next person who's where I was. Josh was amazing from start to finish. He truly held my hand through the entire process and was incredibly thorough. More than that, he really went to bat for me. I always felt like he was in my corner, fighting for me every step of the way. The case took a while, not because of anything on Franklin & Franklin's end, but because that's simply how long the court process takes. Through all of it, Josh and his team were supportive, kept me informed, and always explained what was happening and what to expect next. Everything played out exactly as Josh said it would, which meant a lot during a stressful time. In the end, I received a very generous settlement that I'm extremely happy with. If you've been in a car accident or suffered any kind of personal injury, I can't recommend Josh and his team enough. He will be the first call for me, my family, and my friends if (God forbid) any of us are ever in an accident again, big or small.
