They have a…read moresubstitution policy that says they can change your flower order to anything they believe is comparable if they are out of stock or never had what they advertised on their website to begin with. It seams to be the norm now with ordering online. They advertise a picture of anything even if they don't even stock it and deliver what they actually have in stock that is not as appealing. If Nila was running an honest business she would at least contacted me to advise she wasn't going to deliver what I ordered. Lesson learned I'll be calling to place flower orders in future and refusing any substitution policy. Then dispute the credit card charges when they fail to deliver. I suggest you do the same.

Marty was fantastic - he worked with a local liquor store to add a bottle of whiskey to the basket. He actually went to the liquor store and picked up the item. Who does that?
