I would definitely never use this company again. I paid over $3600 for a website about a year ago…read moreand a one time fee of $149 that I assumed was for hosting. A year later I received an invoice for almost $1800 that was supposedly hosting fees for a year. When I contacted Chris the owner he said that I had agreed to the hosting fee. That's a shock to me because this was the first I heard about it. I asked him to send me a copy of some type of signed agreement but all he had was the original invoice where I paid for the website in two installments and the one fee of $149. I tried discussing this with Chris and even offered to pay him $588 for the year which I felt was more than fair considering he had no signed agreement and what I offered was a pretty standard hosting fee. I also asked him to send me all of my website files and information so I could move it to another company. He has now pulled my website and refused to send me anything forcing me to file a lawsuit to get access to my website. There are to many other legitimate companies out there so definitely stay away from this one.

I purchased this rack along with a quarter sheet pan to air-dry meat for a better sear. Before…read morebuying, I asked the employee at the front counter if the rack was stainless steel and dishwasher-safe, and she confirmed it was. However, after only three washes, it began rusting badly. I stopped back into the store today hoping to return or exchange it, as well as purchase another item. When I explained the situation, the woman I spoke with was immediately defensive and dismissive. She brought over another employee, who said, "I don't know who would've told you that"--an implication that I didn't appreciate. She then informed me that they would not offer a refund or an exchange; they only offered to take down my information to see if they could get vendor credit for it. I decided to leave with the rack and skip purchasing the second item altogether. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise: I found a higher-quality version at Walmart for exactly half the price, and I know I won't have any trouble if I ever need to return it. It is a sad day when Walmart sets the standard for customer service over a local small business.

However, it is clear that management with this company is a problem. They go through employees on the regular. We have had maybe 10+ cleaners come and go in the time we have been with this company. Ownership seems very unorganized as well. But the biggest thing for me, is they talk trash about their customers. If you are going to talk badly about those people supporting your business, you don't deserve their support or their money. ETA: I can assure I was a customer of this company from 2024-2026.
