I can't say enough good things about Bart Kaspero. He represented my son, as he was falsely accused of a crime by his ex when he decided to leave her...  Unbeknownst to him, she was a vindictive con artist who was very shrewd in fabricating tales, and we found out that she had even impersonated multiple people....  It was a very complex case due to the odd behavior of this woman.  Bart took the time to really listen to my son...get to know him...and to sift through and unravel the mountain of evidence my son provided showing her duplicitous character.  With the amount of evidence that Bart had compiled, it got to the point where the DA's office wouldn't even allow her to testify, as they said that she'd incriminate herself on multiple charges (perjury, felony impersonation, etc)!!   I could see that this wasn't just another job for Bart...it was obvious that he truly cared about justice for my son. I have written a lot of reviews, but this one unfortunately is a little bit personal. but I am going to spare you the juicy details and instead tell you about my experience with bart. the man knows what he is doing. A friend of mine (who struggles with English) had two big concerns, not wanting a criminal record and going through background checks. Kaspero had knowledge of both. knew he had the chops to handle her biggest fears. He was very confident in how he was going to find a solution to her problem since he had an interesting background in civil rights and information privacy. He came highly recommended and now I know why. I talked to a LOT of people because it was my job to find someone for her. (anyone who knows what I'm talking about btw, will know that this subject can bring you to tears..and sleepless nights might I add) She does business with technology companies, so this meant that she was at high risk---so her entire reputation was basically on the line. Because I was translating and helping, I saw what went into it from beginning to end. The day finally came when she had her interview, and it went exactly as he said it would. I can't tell you enough how much stress this saved her (AND me!). Warning: One thing that I think I should share, is that I thought there would be a simple answer for the problem but it didn't turn out that way. So for anyone who has a complicated history, you have to be patient.
