Disclaimer : my visit there dates back from a few years ago…read more I decided it was worth sharing my experience with the shop retrospectively. Verso offers an outstanding choice of high-end brands. It is without a doubt one of the best luxury ready-to-wear shops in Belgium, catalog-wise. The reason why I gave such a low note is because of the staff's attitude. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have followed me all the way inside of the fitting room (!) had I been a caucasian male, instead of a mixed african one. The staff lady was aggressively tracking me everywhere, watching my every move as if I was about to steal, a most unpleasant feeling for a paying customer. She even "assisted" me within the fitting room, stepping foot inside it while I was starting to undress myself, probably afraid that I wouldn't know better than to damage the goods. I can say it in all honesty : from the moment I entered the shop until I left with bags and a receipt in my hands, I felt I was being treated with disdain. How very uninspired. I still spent 400eur that day, because I really wanted the things I purchased but I am afraid I will spend my money elsewhere next time. Au revoir merci

Come to find out that they will be opening a shop next year in Amsterdam too.Yeah... I so cannot wait for them to open a shop in Amsterdam.Bring it on! I was so happy to hear the good news. I will be marking my calendar. I love the way this store is set up from front to back. You also can shop online too, which is even better for me. Everything you see in the shop, you will see online. I love it, because I get so annoyed when shops put different inventory online from what is in the store. Don't sleep on this store, it's a must visit when in Antwerp or take advantage of shopping online. No worries, because they ship internationally.
