When I called back, to find out why she hung up, she blamed me for being rude. I had gone to a church event and Fyzical was there. They noticed my ACL-locked knee brace. We started talking to them, and they said we should fight to switch doctors and a new PT place. After talking with Lauren, I knew I had to find a way to switch. I was a few weeks later I was able to do that and had my first appointment with Fyzical. Katelyn and Lauren are amazing and were super helpful. I was worried, but they got me back to surfing in a matter of a month. I am so thankful they are willing to listen to these patients and try different things that may not be the normal thing but they are willing to try other things.
