I had been to the emergency and didn't get any satisfaction after only getting an X-Ray and had wanted an MRI. Long story short Dr. Billy Long was able to expedite my getting an MRI right away and he got me into see a pain management doctor Dr. Cabaret for an epidural as I have a severe pinched nerve results seen from the MRI which showed up. Thank you Dr. Long for going above and beyond to help ease my chronic pain and I can't thank him enough . The office experience is as described in a lot of the reviews, the front desk kinda seems miserable to be there and the process to get signed in takes a long time on your phone and they dont have working wifi so you have to steal access to another local businesses wifi to fill out the required paperwork outside of the business or you cant do it. That was very unprofessional and strange. The actual chiropractor was educated and he did a good job. It alleviated my aches and my foot is improving (i think/hope). The last thing I didnt love was the recommended follow up from the chiropractor seemed way overboard. It felt wrong to be told you have to come so often. I could be wrong but somehow my husband also was recommended to come at least weekly when there wasn't anything wrong with him..... Overall id try it out if there is a deal but for the ongoing price I might try a different place.

This past weekend, I was told the visit would cost $110 and that it would be better to return another time since I'd "need to do paperwork anyway." When I checked later, the listed price is actually $55 per visit. This kind of misinformation and attitude makes the experience unpleasant. It's disappointing that the owners/management (likely a family-run business) seem unwilling or uninterested in addressing the issue, despite it being an ongoing problem. I'd love to continue seeing the chiropractors, but dealing with the front desk makes it very difficult to return.

I went to see Mitchel Steinberg for the first time this morning. It will be my one and only time…read more Steinberg is extremely critical and judgemental. He kept telling me that I was in really bad shape. He said I needed to join a gym, ride a bike, etc. He put me in very uncomfortable positions that were difficult to maintain. I developed leg spasms during one of those assessments. Full of advice, critical advice, he said I needed to drink more water and electrolytes. He may be totally right on all of this, but I found his manner very offensive. He was intent on making me wrong about everything. He also criticized the treatments I've been receiving from my podiatrist. Told me to stop the shots because they weaken tendons. Again, he might be correct, but does he have that kind of medical degree? I don't think so. He also wanted to sell me custom orthotics, informing me that they would be much cheaper and better with him than with my podiatrist. He wanted xrays done with the places they have links to, rather than with my medical group. Sounds kind of like upselling to me. We never got to an actual adjustment which I was hoping for. I did not appreciate his domineering attitude toward me, and after about an hour of beratement and belittlement, I left. I will never go back to him. My visit with Steinberg was not a cordial exchange of ideas and concerns. It was not a comfortable conversation; instead, if I had to sum up my visit in one word, I would say it was an "interrogation." Let me add, though, that his office staff members are very pleasant and lovely. He should learn some manners from them.
