I arrived at Yelp today for the first time at the request of one of my own customers, and decided to set up my wife's practice...just couldn't yelp myself. ;o) When I was her patient (and I still am, of course), I would frequently send her referrals, and the circle just kept getting bigger and bigger. Dr. B (as we insiders call her) isn't an ordinary chiropractor. She is a lifelong dedicated healer. Over the last 10 years or so she has also become proficient in a new alternative protocol called BodyTalk. It's an energy-based system and a bit hard to explain; sort of a combination between the best of acupressure, kinesiology and quantum physics. Complicated stuff, way over my head. Let me just say...wow, the stories. Amazing, even life changing. She's done thousands of sessions at her clinic in Woodland Hills, and she does distance sessions, too. Every morning when we have our morning joe (guilty), she's either reading some new book by Michio Kaku or tapping away on her iPad researching the latest on a specific body part or unusual medical condition. So if you're looking for a different kind of healthcare provider, call my wife. Chiropractic or BodyTalk. You won't be disappointed. And if Dr. B is already your doc, please write a review!

Two other chiropractors tried to help, my regular doctor injected cortisone...nothing doing. Then I found Dr. Rosenstiel. She's truly gifted, and strong. You get warmed on a hydrocolator-equipped table that loosens the back, then the back is mechanically buffed -- all this by aides -- and then you see Dr. Rosenstiel. She's adept in a number of different chiropractic techniques. First visit, my pain was down 80%. Miracle. And trust me, I am no woo-woo huggy-veggie heal-me-with-your-touch type. Each subsequent visit took it down another five percent or so. Three weeks later was pain free. Bless her. There are so many shaky chiropractors out there. Here's one who's terrific. Dr. Hahn has a wonderful energy and it resonates in her work. She uses several different techniques to ease the pain. It's not just a Band-Aid either. What she does has lasting effects. Although I've only been a client of hers for about two months, I feel like I've been seeing her for years. I highly recommend Dr Hahn because she is great at what she does. She takes the time to listen to your issues and she presents a plan to get you better. I feel like some of the other doctors would be doing random exercises and use very strenuous activities in order to achieve the same results as Dr Hahn (in 30 minutes instead of an hour session.) I had an acute back problem which hadn't improved after thrice weekly visits to my regular chiropractor for three months- over 30 visits. He had always helped me within a week or two, but not this time. I went to two other chiropractors and had no results to show for it. Finally, I was recommended to Dr Hahn and felt I had nothing to lose by giving another try to regain my lost mobility. Dr Hahn was unlike any chiropractor I had been treated by my entire life. Her knowledge was encyclopedic and her experience was very broad and holistic. Again, unlike other chiropractors, she sees only one patient at a time and she worked, really worked, on my back and body for the better part of an hour. No massage chairs, no machine stimulation, she just used her skilled hands and stayed at it. After one week, I was 90% mobile and pain free. After the second week, I was able to do everything I was able to do before-walk for an hour, stand for an hour, sit at my desk and work for an hour, ride my bicycle, row on my rowing machine, I felt great and continue to feel great 8 months later. I have referred members of my family and friends and each one sings her praises and recounts how much she has helped each one recover fully from their ailments. She simply loves helping people and treats each individual with personalized care and designs an exercise program to help them maintain their pain free condition. One of my friends even comes to see her from Boston after similar experiences with many chiropractors. Every other chiropractor I have ever seen spent 1/10 the time Dr Hahn does on each visit. She's not trying to get rich (and won't with the degree of care with which she treats every patient), she's not running a mill- she truly wants to use her knowledge, skills and experience to help her patients to a healthier, fitter, happier life. She is truly a unique medical practitioner for this day and age. A rarity for any professional to be sure. If you are experiencing ongoing pain and heath problems, give Dr Hahn a call and see her just once. I guarantee you'll sing her praises and be a patient for life. I see her weekly for a tuneup and expect I always will. She's really that good. (BTW- my visits are not covered by insurance and the reasonable fees she charges are well worth paying out of my pocket). Believe me, you'll be as satisfied as I am.

I was pleasantly surprised when during our first session she had great insight into my circumstances surrounding sleep. I immediately felt at ease and comfortable with her treatment recommendations. Clean, quaint and inviting facility. Dr. Cobey is Professional with amazing bedside manners. I have been coming to Dr. Cobey for a couple years now. She gets booked fairly quick so just schedule and keep scheduling otherwise you'll lose out. I'm one of her male clients and I have chronic lower back pain from driving a semi truck, so I come 1 a week almost every week. Dr. Cobey isn't your run of the mill, same-ol-same chiropractor. She takes her time to work on you. She does muscle manipulation and relaxation before she starts her adjustments. Her knowledge of the body, how it moves is phenomenal. I'm also and athlete and usually I would prefer a male chiropractor, but after she put hands on me I had look to make sure it was still a woman that was adjusting me. She is very strong and has many techniques to get the job done. I love how gentle she is with my daughter and my daughter absolutely loves going to Health and Human Performance.
