We went nice and early to avoid the crowds and then head out Christmas Lights looking after dinner. We were taken to our seats quickly. We had been sitting down for 5 mins and surprisingly had a girl came and took our drink order. You do need to pay for your drinks at the time of ordering. Not long later the wait staff came up and I ordered the Oysters Kilpatrick and Morrocan Chicken. The oysters were fresh and came out quickly. As soon as I finished the oysters it was followed by the chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the chorizo complimented the chicken and the Moroccan spiced perfectly. Even if you are visiting for a one off dinner I recommend becoming a member as you will cover the cost of your membership in the one outing. If you plan on having a few drinks get the 5 year membership as it will get you a $20 drinks voucher as well as the discount so that will cost you nothing. Good old kareela golf club. Had a the oysters 6 ways a pure blonde and the ribeye cooked medium rare. The food was good however it is pricey. Previous restaurants have been cheaper. The oysters were awesome as they shuck them live in the middle of the restaurant every second Saturday I believe. Finally I found a place that actually cooks a steak to how you order it. Normally I ask for rare as everywhere in Sydney over cooks steak but not this place. $33 for the oysters and $38 for the ribeye. I got the ribeye with the blue cheese aoli and I will be getting it again. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I feel that the food is about 15% overpriced.
