You won't regret it. The pork shoulder was super tasty. I decided to pair it with an apple tea, that included two thin slices of a fresh apple. Yum. Highly recommend both. However, the bacon was divine. Slow coming ones for 12 hours.. Fun to sit inside and watch the people pass by on their way to the old square. The bacon dish was surprisingly awesome and by far my favorite dish.

I've ordered karkówka (chuck steak) and upon the first bite my eyes widened a bit. It was sheer delight. Cooked to perfection. The potato & carrot purée the meat was served on was a wonderful addition. It was one of those dishes where you already plan the next opportunity to have it once more. It went quite well with some local Polish cider (Cydr Lubelski), very crisp & refreshing. I do feel the need to dock a star because of the complimentary garlic knots that were flat-out inedible. We really should've sent them back to the kitchen.
