I give the instructors a lot of credit. They are very good with my son demonstrating a lot of patience with him and devoting a lot of one on one attention that he needs. He has responded and enjoys going to class now. I have noticed a huge difference in his discipline and confidence. He just broke his second board and earned a new belt this weekend. He really enjoys the pizza nights with dodge ball and a movie that they do for the kids on special weekend nights. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to learn taekwondo.

Master Gaines took this initial group of students to a tournament in Atlanta. He did a great job preparing them. Each of them walked away with medals as the entire school did a great job in the tournament (breaking board, forms and sparring). The classes are held at the Julington Creek Plantation Recreation Center. The classroom is a little small but adequate for the classes. I like the classes so much, I've joined and take classes right with my son. This is great for both kids and adults.
