We were given the excuse they couldn't reach us for 3 days even though they had our email. We were told a cleaner's child was ill and they needed a new cleaner because of Covid precautions. Whatever the story, the inconvenience of waiting was unacceptable and impacted schedules. Once the cleaning team arrived, they were quick and did a good job. I would recommend them with caution. It might be a good idea to confirm more than once to make sure the cleaning team will arrive on time.

I once again complained and they promised he would come on time from now on. Third time I called after twenty minutes had passed and he still didn't show up. They told me he wouldn't be coming because of a mishap. They said they had emailed me but this was not true. There was no email at all. Truly unprofessional.
