Yes absolutely stay away from purchasing from here, they do not support what they sell, it had missing part, they told me basically i was lying, that part didnt come with the item , I proved her wrong, then she said they will look for it in inventory, nothing was done! Very poor customer swervice, they do not realize we are why they operate a business! Got two months use out of a motorcycle battery. Out riding and my bike suddenly died. No warning, no noise, just completely shutdown while on a busy highway. After towing, cause was diagnosed as an internal short on the battery. I purchased the battery in February, licensed my bike in May, and battery died in July. Two months of use for a motorcycle battery is unheard of. I've been riding for 40 years and have never experienced a failure like this. KapscoMoto reports that it is beyond the exchange or return time period, whatever that is. I bought a premium Motormaster battery that I am sure will outlast this cheap import by many years. read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Unfair business practices, I bought a KapscoMoto Trailer Caddy through Sears and it broke the first time I used it to move my trailer 6 feet. I called the company and it said immediately the warranty was void due to excessive force.... the trailer was under 3000 pounds and empty, it is obviously poorly made and the company knows it and continues to sell it. If you check reviews on their online products on Amazon ( I only found them after the fact) other people say the same thing. Don't buy from these guys!! I purchased through amazon. It's been a nightmare as a part was missing. I installed everything. Except that one part expecting for them to send to me. They asked for photos( I couldn't take at the time and had to have someone take for me) . I sent the photos liked they asked saying it was policy ( I read their policy and nowhere it states that). They won't respond nor send the part. So now I have to take everything off and send back to them and I'm the only one that loses out here because of their pride. They know they are in the wrong and still don't oblidge, even amazon told them to send the part and they haven't. They have to give a refund because of amazon....... if I didn't buy through amazon I would be completely screwed. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE with this company. Bought a tailgate assist from these folks through walmart. Item took very long to arrive. Installed the tailgate assist and it was total garbage. The strut was broke and didn't assist nothing. The tailgate dropped just as fast with it installed as without. Contacted them and after the runaround I decided to just return this Item, but had to return it through walmart. Walmart told me I was going to get charged a restocking fee and had to pay for return shipping on an item that was sent to me broke. Buyers beware! read more

Venom motorcycle dolly. Spend your money elsewhere. An industry shaming 30 day return policy/warranty as well. I bought the Venom motorcycle dolly last October, it came quite quickly but that was the only good part to the story. The product is very cheap Chinese parts. Even after lubing them well the rolling castors do not move or turn freely because the ball bearings are either crushed or non existent (a couple of the castors are missing ball bearings). Not one of the wheel lock tabs work either. All I wanted was a replacement set of castors but they don't provide them, instead giving me a 20% return on my purchase which I did not want. I had to drag my bike from its winter storage a few days ago because the castors are crap. At this point I would try a different product they have, but no joy, they choose to ignore customer satisfaction and stick to ripping people off. 1 star is only there for the shipping after that KapscoMoto get the lowest rating possible, that they deserve most definitely. Really unfair business practices, and the quality is crap... I placed an order for signals and turn signal mounts. There's a little section on check out for notes. I placed a note saying please do not ship if they aren't compatible. They aren't compatible. They shipped them anyway, They want me to pay for return shipping (costs almost as much as what I paid). They refuse to own up to their shitty customer service. Support your local motorcycle dealers and avoid these crooks. read more

Bought a motorcycle batter for my Kawasaki ninja last May and less then a year later the battery won't hold a charge. Called customer service to at least exchange battery and was told their policy is 30 days return. Good to know company doesn't stand behind products they sell. Won't be getting anymore of my business ever again. read more

I ordered a PWC battery from their store and although there was an issue with the battery, the store management immediately resolved the problem by sending me the replacement. They were prompt in their responses and resolved the issue faster than I would have expected. I will do business with them in the future for sure! What a bad experience. I bought a motorcycle battery and after doing only 200 km it stopped working. It wouldn't charge anymore! KapscoMoto told me that the warranty only covers 30 days. I bought the battery 3 months ago. I got ripped off. Very desapointed!!! read more
