Probably safe to assume a reservation is preferable, but my "telephone" German is currently rated as ridiculous, bordering on outright unrecognizable, precluding that option. All Is not lost. In person, I can speak (nearly) fluent German. This is accomplished through my skillful use of mime, two German nouns and an improperly conjugated verb (tossed in for just good measure). It's a heckuva way for a fellow to negotiate a haircut, but both the proprietor and one of his staff have handled the job quite well. On my last visit, the lady who cut my hair did an extra special job of imparting that added Euro flair that helps uplift even the spirits of this aging bon vivant. Highly recommended. Enjoy.

If you want to have your hair done you will have to book an appointment at least 3 weeks in advance so no chance to walk in and get attended. The owners are a very friendly couple, she is in charge of hair coloring and he is the one who does the styling. The attention is personalized and you get some advice from them. About the result, hmmmmm I wasn't 100% in love with my hair cut, it didn't come as I expected but it was good although pricey if you ask me. All in all was a good experience and I might be coming back because I think I won't ever find my dream hairdresser or at least haven't found him yet.

Ben and Yoshi are really easygoing and take their time to really give you the haircut that fits your desire. Whopper the French bulldog is such a nice addition to the shop! One more thing: be sure to book an appointment in advance since they're always busy. You can easily book an appointment through their website, mobile app or you can go over there, where they are happy to schedule an appointment for you.
