The second time we were there, so it happened, they had live smooth jazz music which complemented our time with friends. The music wasn't loud and didn't over power our conversation volume. The wait staff are professional and attentive, they speak English and the menu is also translated to English. If the owner is there, as well as the wait staff, you can ask for recommendations and wine pairing suggestions. On the first evening I had the liver and on the second time I had fish on risotto; both were delicious. For dessert we went with tiramisu; also very good. Overall, I found great value and quite affordable.

This restaurant is a very casual one. Not chic. Radio channel playing, fairly uncomfortable seats, no Wi-Fi, the staff was certainly not trained, no question if all was OK with our food. Food tasted average, not better not worse. Toilet very clean. This restaurant can be reached from the Düsseldorf airport on foot in 15 minutes or so. The restaurant offers a lunch menu with main courses for 8-10 euro which are good value for money. I would find the restaurant to expensive to eat at night.
