I'm a Kansas resident, attending college out of state. Bought a truck while at school and left it…read moreat my apartment while I came home for summer. Tried to transfer the title to a Kansas title using a Kansas out-of-state vin inspection form but the manager, Kari, insisted they didn't have those and I would need to bring the truck to Kansas, a 2 day drive, to inspect it. Whenever I tried asking questions I was interrupted by the manager who would say "Sorry, it's not going to happen, no point in trying to argue". When I called the county supervisor, she said they only allow out of state vin inspections for students and military, and had received a call before me from the Derby manager that I was only working in Florida, and not a student. The supervisor then said "Due to conflicting stories" they could not help. This is the second time I have needed a vehicle titled while out of state at school, and the first time I had no issues using the form. Do NOT use this office if you need anything more complicated than a registration renewal. They do not know what they are doing.

For some reason the carriers in my area can "NOT" seem to deliver my packages and mail to the right…read morefreaking address. I am constantly missing mail. One issue is they keep delivering it to the wrong addresses because they have no idea where my house is apparently. I ordered a Bistro Set and I left "DETAILED" instruction about where to put the package. The "IDIOT" and "LAZY" carrier apparently left it at the mailbox which is a row of mailboxes along the side of a dirt road next to the railroad tracks. Like that doesn't scream "TAKE ME". Another thing that happens is the mark a package as delivered when it was NOT delivered then I will get it a few days later. WTF to that. STOP marking my stuff delivered when it has NOT been delivered to make your carriers look good. I don't want a refund I want my BISTRO SET because I got it on "SALE" for dirt cheap and I will have to pay full price if I want to buy another one. I am Extremely PISSED OFF because this keeps happening. WTF can't your carriers learn reading comprehension or at least TRAIN them to know the area.

I do not know what the heck is going on with our mail and why it is not being delivered to our…read moremailbox. This has been going on since before Christmas. Inform delivery shows we have mail for that day but then no mail is put in the mailbox. When I checked the mail delivery driver scanned into the system they couldn't access our mailbox which is crap. Our mailbox is on our house next to front door. Then they tried to say because of the construction and the construction is not even in front of our house it's three blocks from our house. Our mailbox can be easily access nothing is blocking it or anything. I am begin to wonder if the mail delivery driver is even coming to our house or if they even know how to do their job. Tomorrow when I have daylight I will be posting a picture of our mailbox and you will clearly see nothing is blocking our mailbox and no construction is going on. I was told they were putting in a community garden. That never happened. Trash service was included in the lot rent. Now it is a separate charge, and you have to use the service of their choosing. My home was gifted to me and is too old to move so I've been told otherwise I would be looking for a place to move it to. I wish I knew who actually owns this property so I could tell them to their face they are greedy people that are only concerned with their own profit margins and do not care about the residents. The people in the office on site are great, but they are unable to address residents' concerns because they have to do what the greedy owners want.

The new homes are junk and have way too many issues. All…read moreour windows leak as well as the doors. The floor and walls are turning to much under them. Been without a vent in master bath for 5 years they fixed or should I say rigged it and surprise it's not working again. Our microwave went out over 4 years ago and remains broken. Several work order requests have been made for various issues and are over 3 years old. Had a pool of water under our home due to the air conditioning not being installed right. It stunk the house up 4 over a month. Insulation was never replaced. All windows and doors need replaced and we have been lied to several times that they are on order. Been over two years . I worked as a maintenence man and have seen first hand how cheap and dishonest management operates. The lake is full of Ecolie and all they did is post no swimming signs . Never once telling residents and future residents the serious health issues with the lake. They also found a set of maintenence keys in the parking lot with homes numbers attached to each key . Was told not to say anything to cooperate. Look else where and find a safe decent home that cares about their property because lakeview does not. Safety is another issue all together. There are transients living on back side of Lake in tree line. And there is a resident that has been caught firing a gun inside the park. They cut a deal with his mom so he's still in the park.
