As a new customer trying to get my beach rental "situated" to their expectations a little patience would have been appreciated. As it was, I was badgered about the least little things which were easily resolved with a phone call. This lady's manner of speaking was rude and condescending. It was as if I was an unproductive employee rather than a good, quick paying customer. My usual "kill them with kindness" response did not work with her at all. I'll assume she had something against me as an individual because if she treats all her customers this way she is soon to be out of business. I'm not a complainer by nature so it grieves me to write about this but feel it is warranted. The cleaning itself was satisfactory.
