Not only did they provide a wonderful and informative tour of Kangaroo Island (KI), they went above and beyond with their customer service. They were always prompt and courteous with any questions and with booking. Transfers to and from the hotel and ferry were seamless. Our tour guide, Mark Kelly, was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge on KI, the wildlife, and Australia, in general. On our last day (of the 2 day tour) we discovered we lost our binoculars somewhere along the way that day. After dropping us off for the ferry, Mark retraced our route, found the binoculars and the company expressed mailed them to us, free of charge! I wish every business provided that kind of service. The tour itself is wonderful. KI is a great place to view kangaroos, wallabies, and koalas in their natural habitat. Walking by the sea lions was amazing and the scenery and beaches were lovely. We only had one other couple on our tour and it was very comfortable in our vehicle. I never felt rushed and Mark was very accommodating about what we wanted to see. read more
