Upon accessing Yelp and detailing the services I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by an immediate response from the owner/operator of All Around Handyman, who requested that I select and schedule a date and time on his calendar which I did. Chad arrived ten-minutes early with a big smile on his face. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. As well as a very resourceful handyman. It was refreshing to meet a friendly handyman with a downhome attitude who shares a similar outdoor lifestyle as I. I hadn't laughed so much as a resident of Sioux Falls. Chad was precise as he measured, eyed, marked and hung a 3-piece Glass Wall Sconce Set on wall behind dining room table. Also, hung pictures on walls behind/above living room couch, the fireplace, office desk and bedroom headboard. Placement of these pictures made the apartment more attractive with a homey vibe. Now Chad is my go-to person for apartment services.

I knew that it's wasn't going to happen until Tuesday because of the holiday . Bright and early Tuesday morning I spoke to these folks and the Quickest they could come was Thursday morning ( ugh ) . They offered to call American Home Shield and have them Re-dispatch the call . They could have just made me wait BUT they chose to lose the service call money ( 75.00) and the price of a water heater and labor as well . In my book that by its self makes them Honest and Customers centered Company . And worthy of praise and Thanks .

Our experience was terrible not just with this company we had like 21 freeze ups in the last four…read moreyears with our air-conditioning unit We had 20 techs come out from five different companied including about five trips from this company. And no one caught two 100% blocked intake vents. Also, this company. Put in new A coils and a new blower motor. And I had to find a two blocked intake air vents My self because all these techs didn't find it. But even after all that. We just had another freeze up. I got a feeling that maybe our intake ducting is not size properly so we're gonna try and call out Bryant heating and cooling out of ankeny. It is my understanding that they have Nate certified HVAC tech that have more training than the regular people do Pretty ridiculous we live in West Des Moines in 20 different techs in five companies miss the air intake vents being blocked one of the air intake vents was right above the door of where the checks had to walk in to the furnace room. Just see the least this has been very hard we have four children on the upper level and they suffered a lot. What a disgrace. Five different companies. In this company came out the most. And they installed a new A coils and a new blower motor. It cost us a bunch. So we were thought we were in like Flynn. But no, it still froze up. Ridiculous Des Moines.
