Hi Yaoyao, we are sorry you felt that way. (So they are gaslighting me that I "felt this way" while spending $10,000 and didn't get a finished project). The project duration had been extended pretty long due to multiple agencies were involved, and it took almost 2 years to finish the project. (This is the first time I've heard that multiple agencies were involved. Why were they involved, who were they, did they sign NDAs?) During the period, the assigned developers were required to resign caused by their visa status, and we were not able to assign an engineer who had a permanent status at the time. (Again, never once heard about visa issues, this was never communicated to us in any way) From the reasons, we were required to pass the project on the next engineer, and the project momentum was unable to keep. (But you didn't seem to have a momentum problem with continuously charging our credit card) Since then, we have built experienced team and all are stable to focus on one project. (Like taking two years after the fact to respond to a Yelp review but never apologize in writing or any other communication) If you forgive our incompetent moment, we are very happy and would like to show you our new team that we had developed since then. (Since when was two years wasted a "moment"? I think it shows exactly who you are) We are sorry not to respond to your valuable comments.
