Rating this only as sightseeing, as we didn't actually visit the place inside. We just took a lunch / walk break here in lovely Varberg. There was some runners competition that day and a parking space hard to find. We got one near the railroad tracks a few minutes away by foot. This impressive Badehuset was built over 100 years ago, sitting on stilts on the water. It is an impressive sight, offering a chance to take a dip in the water, a visit to the Sauna or just enjoy a coffee in the Café. It's a great photo op in this nice town. Besides that the Fästning (Fortress) is worth a look as well as the beautiful walk along the water heading south from the fortress. read more
