I had the regular sushi rice with two tuna choices, mango salsa, kimchi and the mango mayo. The flavor of everything was ok. Rice should have been served hot out of a rice cooker instead of a chilled container. The tunas had alot of onion which overpowered everything. The mango mayo was ok but even with alot of it, the taste didnt wasnt there over the onion. The girl working was nice but they had no takeout silverware. Not sure if I will come back or not

I was talking to the owner (I thought he was a random dude and had no idea he worked there/owned it until I asked) and he said that they'd only been open for a week which explains the confusion. He was even open to suggestions which shows that he cares about the customers and wants the restaurant to improve. Of course as soon as i walked out I thought of a numbering system/sign next to each station to explain the sequence (1.menu 2. Order 3. Pay 4. Sit). So yeah, they have some issues but I'm confident that they'll figure it out. I would 100% come back the next time I'm in Frankfurt.
