Erika was able to get me in on very short notice. During the holidays, no less. Marla, the dental technician who brought me in was professional and very kind. She explained the procedures clearly and in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. There was very little wait time between the X-rays and being seen by Dr. Rita. Dr. Rita was able to quickly review and make recommendations for my issue. She listened, and addressed, my concerns. I will continue to use this office as my primary for dental services. I just had my first of 2 appointments for a crown with Dr.Stebbins. He was very kind and gentle and was concerned for my needs and comfort. It was a difficult procedure due to the crown being done on the last molar in the back. Dr. Stebbins made quick work of it and it was surprisingly painless. What made my experience even more comfortable was the dental assistant named Kalea. She was so attentive and very caring to my needs. She explained everything clearly and answered my questions and even brought me a blanket. I usually hate going to the dentist but with Dr. Stebbins and Kalea as a team I have no hesitation or concern going back cuz I know I will be well taken care of. The only issue I have is, the music is always way too loud and it makes it difficult to hear personnel especially when you have hearing loss.
