Although you must provide your own cage,food,treats and whatever your pet needs for comfort. I love the system. I would prefer that the food and other stuff is his own stuff. No digestive problems from switching to another brand of food. His treats were approved by me because I provided it which gave me comfort in knowing what my rabbit was getting while I was away. Good prices too! Ok so when I picked him up a week later he was in a much bigger "kennel". A cat kennel versus a cage, I think they did that since there was extra room for him, it was much bigger than his cage for babysitting. He looked comfortable and was happy to see me. They take pride in what they do. The facility is clean. The dogs are separated from the cats. The staff was friendly and spoke English. They accept VAT forms. But since the price for my rabbit was so cheap I didn't need a VAT form. I will come back here any time I go on vacation. Also when I went to pick my rabbit up, the door was locked (probably lunch time or something) but I simply rang the bell even though they have specific times of open/close and one of the staff members came to the door and I was able to get my bunny and go home. I recommend this place to anyone and will return. Thanks for taking care of my rabbit while I was away.

Largely not a positive experience at Hunde Hotel Hasse. It's a nice place, and I'm sure they treat…read morethe dogs well, but you should be aware of a few things and be ready for surprises. Be aware that they charge 2 days of service for a single night stay. If you drop off your dog on a Thursday afternoon, and you pick up your dog on the following Friday morning at 0900, you are charged for 2 days stay. How would you like it if you checked into a hotel on Friday afternoon and check out at 1100 on Saturday morning and be charged for 2 days? This is their standard practice. Also, I was charged 42 Euros for pick-up service at Panzer Kassearne because it was a Saturday. I was told it was no charge. I will say that their website doesn't address Saturday pick ups. It just states that M-F, free pick up at Panzer. However, as I mentioned, when speaking with the owner over the phone, he stated there would be no charge. When I got the bill, I was surprised of the additional charge and extra day of stay that I wasn't expecting.

They are…read morelocated in a beautiful rural area south of Stuttgart, but will drive to Panzer or Patch and meet you to pick up your dog. We've made several late appointments with them and they managed to make room for our dog. I highly recommend Hunde Hotel Haase. Them charging by the day rather than the night doesn't bother me much, as they do provide an excellent service, though we have only used them when we had to leave home for more than a day, usually a 4+ days. The other dog hotels in the area seem to do the same thing it seems. I've always dropped my dog off during the week or if it was weekend, I may have driven out to their farm. I can't remember. It's a nice drive, you should at least do it once :)
