Here has weird system for patient . Every where u go, u need to " check in". I come to see doctor , I check in for appointment. Doctor send me for radiology, I need to check in and wait for approx 30 mins, then I go pharmacy thought my meds should be ready by now. Noooooo, bcs I need to check in pharmacy again before they process my meds..... wht..... they can't tell the patient is here and been waiting in all different departments....
I was from kaiser Santa Clara and I was w Palo Alto foundation too, none of they need to check in every single task. They really need to do better job here . Wasted patient time. Don't even mention that the reason we came here bcs we are " sick " too much unnecessarily " check in" read more
