I've been working with David Ellis and The Agency of St George for a couple of months and I can't…read moretell you how great of an experience it has been. I was originally looking for a lot to build a home on but we have dogs. We wanted a lot with some privacy and a yard for the pups. We were having a hard time finding the right lot and started looking at homes. David knew we really wanted to build and even though we found some houses we where interested in he knew we really wanted to build. So instead of taking the easy route and pushing us towards a house he actually kept looking aggressively to find us the perfect lot to build on. He could have made 6x the commission if we got a house but he wanted to do what was best for us. There aren't very many people in this industry that would do that. He was even working while he was on vacation with his family. If you ever need a realtor that will put your needs first, work hard and is someone you can trust, David Ellis is your man.

David's expertise in representing the seller in a real estate sale far surpasses any agent I have…read moreworked with in selling 9 other houses. From start to finish the assistance I received has been well informed, helpful, patient and effective! We started off with his correct timing and pricing. From there, David was very helpful in staging the house to highlight its best features, and he helped me select the perfect paint color to update and freshen the great room and loft. He is incredibly well connected in finding qualified home services at a fair price who actually show up. David hired a professional photographer who made the competition look like amateurs. With the photos, I got approximately 150 "likes" on Facebook. As I watched listings on online real estate sites, my home listing consistently out-performed other online house sales in both "viewed" and "saved as favorite." When the prime selling season arrived in May, David tweaked the listing so all "Favorites" got an updated email. BOOM! The next day we got an offer. From there it was a bobsled run to closing. When it became clear my knees were buckling under the weight of moving, cleaning, and satisfying all contract conditions, David helped me line up professional moving services who moved me out in four hours. Throughout the process, David recommended several professional service providers, all who were professional, fair, and great to work with. When the sale closed, my house was first to sell in the subdivision, even though it was the most expensive house. This is the 2nd time that Sotheby's International has sold my house FAST despite being the most expensive house in the neighborhood. When it comes time to sell or buy a house, I would absolutely recommend David Ellis and his staff. They are consummate professionals.

One of our top priorities when planning our move to the St. George area was finding a realtor who…read morewas not only knowledgeable about the local market, but also well-connected and able to guide us through every aspect of the transition. We needed someone who could help us navigate inspections, negotiations, and coordinate trusted professionals like carpenters, electricians, and plumbers. Sam and her team exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, they took the time to show us around different neighborhoods, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each area so we could make an informed decision. We had very specific requirements -- a large fenced yard for our dog and an attached motorhome garage -- and Sam and Amy were incredibly patient as we explored our options and narrowed in on the right neighborhood. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect fit. Their expertise, local knowledge, and strong network of service providers made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and manageable. We could not be happier with our decision to work with the Orvin Team, and especially with Sam and Amy. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the St. George area.

Having met her in yoga teacher training years ago, she already had my trust. When we met with her, she was very thorough In guiding us to set our asking price. She gave us tips to prepare our home for pics and showings. The first weekend listed we had SO MANY showings, and she used a program that would allow us easily to "accept" or "reject" showing via text. Super convenient! That Monday we had 8 offers!!! We accepted one, and then selected another as a backup. Shortly after we closed. Margie and her assistant were great to work with throughout the process. I highly recommend Margie Hare and appreciated also working with a prestigious company like Sotheby's that marketed our home so well.

We have sold 2 homes in the St. George area in the last few years. Our first selling was nothing…read moreshort of a nightmare and took us almost a year to get it sold. When selling our second home in the St. George area, we turned to Margie Hare and would encourage ANYONE who is even considering selling to do the same. Selling with her was a breath of fresh air. We live 450 miles away from St. George and her team took care of EVERYTHING except for fixing up the place. She gave us thorough instructions on how to fix it up. She gave instruction on setting an asking price. We were able to get almost 10K more than the asking price. Margie went to bat for us every time something needed to be done and she was always just a phone call or text away. By the time that our renters left, we fixed up the place, put it on the market, had showings, and closed, it was only a month and a half of time. Such a different comparison to our first selling in the St. George area. The only thing that I really had to do once our place was on the market was sign some papers via email. Super easy, long distance closing. I couldn't believe how easy it was and how fast I had my profits in the bank. If you are thinking of selling your home, go to Margie. She is worth every penny and does all of the leg work. My only regret is that we didn't have us sell our first home.
