We went for vegetarian option and were initially bummed on the lack of options presented to us. The plate itself comes with a falafel, salad, cheese stick, stuffed dolma and 4 varieties of dips - among other things. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a good vegetarian meal in the city.

Love the extensive vegan/vegetarian meze menu at this Lebanese restaurant, containing a wide…read morevariety of flavours and textures. However the five dishes we shared weren't all very good, the spicy cauliflower had a distinct burnt flavour, the stuffed mini aubergines were very vinegary and quite awful. The interior is VERY dark and despite the restaurant being quite empty when we arrived 5pm-ish we were seated in the darkest inner room, at the smallest table right at the kitchen and the entrance to the inner room were everyone passed by. The pitabread (very dry) was stuffed in a plastic bag in a basket on every table. When the food arrived it was hart near impossible to fit everything on the small table for two. I did however enjoy the patata brava-like dish, the mushroom/onion/garlic, the beetroots and the passionfruit juice. And I'd love to try the other vegan dishes on the menu, and I'd be happy to give a 4 if the next visit will be more overall satisfying.

There's a lunch menu 11am-2pm which is a bit more limited but the major hummus dishes are on it, and an extra egg or so can be added when you'd like to. The rest of the time there are even more hummus dishes, sabitch etc. I really enjoy their nana (lemonade) with their humus. A few crowns extra, but worth it in my eyes. When you are two guests I'm always surprised that they serve you three pita breads. Yes, you can of course share one but two hungry blokes may need two each.

There were meats, falafels, dolmas, pickles, and a large selection of sauces including hummus, baba ghanoush, mhamara, and labneh, served with a side of tabbouli. Everything was well prepared and very fresh. My co-workers had various other dishes and everyone likewise pleased with their choices. While the mix plates are huge (and also slightly more expensive), my co-workers had regular plates or wraps, which were more regular sized. The restaurant has a fair variety of mezes, which I was happy with, though this could of course be improved in the future. All in all, we'll be back.
