I was on my own for breakfast on one of the days of my stay and found Panea nearby to my hotel. Upon my entry, I was helped by a super accommodating staff member who helped translate the menu for me so I could order exactly what I wanted. The service made the experience of this cafe pleasant. The cafe itself was also welcoming and cozy - warm, well lit, spacious. The food I ordered was delicious. Open face sandwiches with delicious European spreads and ham, plus a generous European latte. Yum! 5 stars. .

I offered my business card to contact me when everything was functioning well and we were happy to pay. The tall bartender responded by offering to call the police. This unnecessarily escalated the situation . We were essentially held hostage until the owner arrived and corrected the card machine.
