She took her time with my facial and got deep into my scalp for the massage portion. I felt so relaxed, especially with the shoulder and neck massage. She had a spunky sense of humor and was friendly and courteous. Her massage was really good, much better than some other ones I've had recently. I had a Swedish massage. She did a great job and it was well worth the price. They do charge tax, and of course, you should tip your masseuse. I would recommend this place. In the past I've had trouble booking a slot, so don't expect to walk in and get lucky like I did. Call well in advance to book an appointment and it will be worth it. She was absolutely rude Ruined my hair color and my scalp and now I had this other woman help wash out the toner and my hair turned an ashy brown blonde when my hair was a whiter wheat blonde when I came in. I was mortified she ruined my hair it's a process I was crying and she did it on purpose I kept telling her stop smacking me with my hair and it's unsanitary to pick up brushed off the floor and use it on my hair. My scalp was sensitive if I come in again I would have to wait two more weeks. When I told you I was crying in the chair during blow drying because she grabbed me because I tip well and I already paid my hairdresser so idk what she thought she was doing. All in all. Horrible people , extremely unprofessional, nasty behavior, disgusting and have no ethics, THIS LADY RUINED MY HAIR. I'm never going here and neither should you they tried to upsell me their products and I know more about hair because I've been dying my hair since I was 15 and I'm in the beauty industry so when someone touches my hair I'm super particular.
