His opinion was different than the doctor we went to a couple weeks before. Dr Kasthuri was right and saved my dad many months of pain. He went above and beyond spending time speaking to the infectious disease doctor and they both were in agreement . He did a procedure on my dad's back , then a few weeks later he cleared out his veins in his leg and put a stent in his leg. I feel he is one of those doctors that make a difference! I feel a real trust in him and his team! I would definitely recommend this team to anybody! Couldn't be more pleased.

Carpel Tunnel left and right, multiple issue right hand/arm surgery and my personal favorite is my arthritic right thumb that he removed the arthritis from and it is now fused and pain free. Robert Semon, OTR/L in the Fowler PT Clinic was amazing in helping me regain mobility in my hand following surgery. Dr. Bales moves fast, has speedy appointments, has a great bedside manner and even though he gets through appointments at lightning speed, I somehow feel very cared for and satisfied. So I provided all my records to kadlec in person as I guess emailing is too difficult for some. After review evidently these surgeons are not capable of doing the surgery. I'm extremely disappointed, yet grateful they admitted they couldn't do it, instead of butchering my hand. It would however make me question their skill levels in general.

I had asked Matthew if there was something i was doing incorrectly when leaving a urine sample. He responded with "it's difficult for women, and I'm not going to be the one to explain the logistics of how to do it to you" and also "we are surgical, if we don't see something anatomically incorrect.. there isn't a lot we can do to help you further" Firstly, it is your job as a provider to explain to me exactly how i should be able to give you a urine sample, especially if i have questions as your patient. I have never wanted to tell a male provider to grow up. Him being uncomfortable about my female anatomy made me feel uncomfortable with him treating me as a patient. Secondly, urology means that you are a specialist in the urinary tract.. not that you're just a person there to cut me open. And if you cannot help me, it is absolutely your job to point me in the right direction. This, by the way, was coming from a PA.. not from a surgeon. The whole visit was a disappointment. I did not feel like Matthew cared for me as a patient, and i did not feel like he was willing to help in anyway.

We arrived ahead of schedule, as we always do, and they were able to take my husband in right away. When he came out of his appointment, he was genuinely happy and relieved. He told me, "The representative from the pacemaker company was so friendly and personable and immediately put me at ease. The MRI technician was very kind and even asked if I would like to listen to music during the MRI. The gentleman who escorted me to the imaging department could tell I was nervous and did everything he could to reassure me. Three wonderful men treated me like I truly mattered." We desperately needed a positive experience with a local hospital, and Kadlec provided exactly that. Compassionate care makes such a difference--especially when a patient is already anxious--and this team went above and beyond. We highly recommend Kadlec Medical Center. I called Kadlec to see if they could possibly provide me with a can of pregestimil do to my…read moredaughter having severe fat malabsorption. They told me they couldn't just "give them away" after I proceeded to tell them it was an emergency as she is only 5months old, I even asked for any alternatives, as my daughter had not ate all day as I am waiting to get them mailed from Seattle Children's, and can not find them anywhere locally to even purchase myself. They provided with resources, I tried them all no one had it not even her pcp. I then called Kadlec back and after several minutes of being on hold they told me they had a can of formula I could have for my daughter and it would be down in the front, until I got mine in a few days, I get to Kadlec it wasn't there. I called pediatric again and they told me they "needed to ask a few questions" then again, put me on hold and hung up on me, I again went in both er, and main entrance and said they didnt receive one yet. I asked if they could give pediatric a call, they called and proceeded to say they didnt have one they could provide me with but they'll look for a local resource. They provided me with community health's number on a sticky note and said they "called them beforehand" and they have a can waiting for me. I called the number, got placed on a brief hold and told me Kadlec never reached out to them. The kadlec staff were rude, lied multiple times, and after several hours had to go home without food for my 5 month old daughter and had to give her a formula that could possibly make her really sick.

Then I walked an entire block on it out of shock. By the time this man got to my foot in the E.R. It needed to be scraped clean inside and out, pinned back together. It took four separate surgeries. I am NOT a nice patient under any medications. He was always always more than kind. His surgery was as good as it could get. Most football players do not recover as fast as I have from this and mine was about as bad as it could get. Had an open fracture, busted all metatarsals. Miraculously I am already walking. My accident was August 10th. I have been walking since September 19th!! He is an AWESOME surgeon!!! Even better person! More than recommend!! He goes out of his way for his patients. Even us riled and wild ones. I will never be able to truly thank him enough!

I placed SEVERAL…read morecalls to the nurse with specific questions about my upcoming care and she never returned my call until I started calling there repeatedly (I was getting irritated.) She finally called me back after about three weeks. So I asked her some questions about my concerns and such and she said she would get back to me with the answers from the doctor. Well, a day later I got a call from them saying, Sorry, we no longer accept your insurance and new patients. This is NOT a coincidence! They are uncaring, lazy and disrespectful. Go to Dr. Yang instead.
