If I could give 0 stars I would. They tried to steal my Louis Vuitton bag. I brought the bag to have the strap fixed. I speak English with some polish but my mom is completely fluent. They though they could pull one over on a tourist and say they couldn't find my bag and don't even remember seeing me. Beware, very disrespectful men work there. The only person that was helpful in the matter was the older gentleman. The younger 2 guys thought it was a joke and were extremely rude. When we said we weren't leaving without the bag or we were calling the police, suddenly they were able to find the purse. Crooks. read more
