We have used big sky rentals for several years, and never really had an issue. On Saturday (the…read moreday of the party) they were supposed to set up at noon. We received a call at 1230 telling us there was no slide available, when we had this scheduled and confirmed a month ago. Then we spoke with the owner that said we would have the slide today. They did not come out until after three, when the party started at 2 and ended at 4. We were scheduled to have the slide until 8pm, but they said we could have it all night, even though we would not use it. Then we were charged FULL price and the owner will not return our calls. I will not use them again and do not suggest anyone use them either!

First time doing business with them. First time I drove up there to pay, no one was there during…read moreopen hours so I drove back home (an hour drive). Went back up there a couple days later. Older lady was very nice. Didn't speak too much English though. I ordered 2 piñatas via call AND text (with pictures). Went to pick them up, one was exactly what I wanted. The second, not what I wanted at all. The 2nd piñata was supposed to be a margarita but instead I got Paw Patrol. I asked to get my money back or a discount for the second one. The younger girl, who spoke English perfectly, declined because of their hard work into something "cheap". For how big they are and it being handmade, $30 is reasonable but I paid for something I didn't want. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, I was told I need to order in person. I was never told that over the phone nor text. I was told to just text them pictures of what I wanted and to pay $10 in advance for each. I don't have time to drive back and forth. Hence the call in advance. Not very accommodating. I will continue business with them only because that's the only place I know that customizes piñatas.
