The attendant was late and the box was broken so the attendant had to leave the wedding and come back with a new box. He returned around 6:15pm. He realized he still needed to upload the photo template to the new box but it was not connecting to the venue wifi. He was about to pack up and leave until my wedding guest offered to connect his phone hot-spot and helped him to troubleshoot and somehow got it to work. My guest should not have spent his time troubleshooting their equipment, but because of him, it prevented this from becoming a complete disaster. It was operational starting at 8:15pm but the print out was cut off on the bottom and cut off my hashtag. The pictures were also overexposed so everything was white. The setup should not rely on the venue's wifi as there are many venues that are in remote areas and/or do not have internet service nor should a guest come to rescue the attendant and help him troubleshoot the system. I was very upset and requested a full refund because I got a little over 1.5 hours of service from them. This was supposed to be a souvenir for my guests and most of the guests didn't get to use the booth. I was offered 3 free hours for a future event as a consolation because they were trying to justify their actions. What am I going to do with that? It's not like I'm getting married again. Nor would I want to use their service. Needless to say, they agreed to refund a partial amount. So disappointing.

You pick the background that's provided, then you pick the number of photos within the printed page, and then the two best parts is the customized template and also the home screen of the photobooth. There's also props included and auto gifs! I had made a muppet photo of my husband and I, so I sent that photo in for her to display, and every time a guest would take a photo, they see our muppet photo to press start and its so cute. I chose the unlimited package for this event and its worth every penny. As the customer you also get all of the photos taken digitally within days, some behind the scene photos, videos and a highlight recap for your social media. She was also kind enough to save me a copy of every photo ever taken and I'm so grateful. I will be putting all the photos into an album to keep forever *happy tear*. I would say her pricing is the most competitive in the Elk Grove/ Sacramento area, even San Francisco Bay Area too.
