We started with the beet and burrata salad, which was full of yummy complimenting flavors and fun textures. I think it could have done without the yellow peppers but I just ate around those. The pepitas with the pistachio butter and beets were excellent, and the burrata added a creamy touch. We also tried the frites and fondue. The fries were thick and browned how I like them, but the fondue wasn't my favorite and was a little too overpowering in flavor for my taste. The parmesan on top of the fries was a nice touch. For beverages I had a local pale ale from Bridger brewing that was crisp and went well with the meal, and my partner tried the rotations shrub (peach), which she said was just okay. The star of the show was the arrabiata pasta made with vodka sauce and Calabrian chilis. The pasta was cooked perfectly Al dente and was well sauced, truly delicious. The ambiance is nice, and the service was fine. They checked on us frequently but not entirely friendly, maybe our waitress was having a bad day. The meal was a little on the pricier side but I felt the happy hour prices were fair. We would return when visiting Bozeman.

I had a fried chicken sandwich with their special fries which had a sort of curry sauce for them. The fries were good, I'd get them again, but I didn't think there was much about the sauce that would make me say "I need to have those fries asap" but they were good. The chicken breast was big and juicy with a crunchy coating but I think the oil was a bit too hot as it had a very slightly burned taste. I'd think about going back and ordering something else.

There was a slightly odd moment where the server said she couldn't ring in my friend's order a certain way because the kitchen would "make fun of her," but we brushed it off. Things really went downhill when the food arrived. Both meals were completely wrong. When the food was dropped off (by someone other than our server), there was a snarky comment referencing the apple allergy, which was uncomfortable. We sent the food back, expecting a quick fix--but it came out wrong again. And then a third time. At that point, we were honestly shocked. I've never had an order come out incorrectly three times in a row. Eventually, a manager brought the food out correctly, but there was no real apology for the repeated mistakes. Our server explained it was the kitchen's fault, but it was frustrating that no one double-checked the orders before bringing them out each time. The whole experience ended up taking over two hours, which felt excessive given how simple the order was. We also felt that, given the circumstances, some kind of comp or acknowledgment would have been appropriate, but nothing was offered. Service was quick and we got all our items in a pretty timely manner. The pizza had a really great crust the dough had a nice bounce to it. I think for me they were a tad overly generous with the balsamic vinegar glaze which made the pizza quite salty. I would definitely order a pizza again but perhaps the Margherita or the Carnivore. The bison chili was a good standard bowl and the brussel sprouts while crispy was also very salty - I think it was definitely over dressed, but maybe since the majority of patrons were drinkin the salty foods would pair well. Seems like a fun place to hang out, but for me I'd probably pick anything that doesn't have glaze or soy sauce.

The beer we got from this brewery was Palisade which was a sour and fruited beer that we really liked ! The fruit that does it's work here is Guava and that usually works quite well in beer form! There is also sour, tart, fruity and a dry finish that all rolls together quite nicely. A great layout of flavor and not too sweet at all as some fruit beers encounter this which makes it seem more like Kool-Aid than anything else. Not a problem here at all!

After a Google search, we saw Bozeman Brewery was near our hotel, so we decided to try it. When we entered, we noticed it was a small place, packed with a lot of people, but we loved the vibe, so we decided to stay. The bartenders were really nice. We enjoyed talking to them and learning about the area and the history of the brewery. They explained that they had been in business for about 24 years. Being from Buffalo, it is always interesting to see how other places fare in the wing department. In this case, the sauce was great. They had the perfect amount of heat and spice. The wings were on the smaller side but the flavor made up for that. For dessert, I had to try the cheesecake. It was good. Definitely better with the strawberries on top. Very sweet and overall, very good. If I was to stay here again, I'd definitely go for breakfast everyday. The breakfast was so good, I didn't get a chance to get any photos. Dinner here seems to be good too. Somethings are a little pricey but if you get any credits from Hilton, it's worth it.

She made sure it wasn't a big deal to get an extra egg and she also said they could have something for me to take when I leave early in a couple days for the airport even though the restaurant won't be open when I need to be gone. So when we visited in September, what a delight to be strolling down the avenue and come across the store for this distillery. We were able to sample their whiskey and other spirits. They have quite the wonderful array of posters and signs of their unique images of the The Western gals as a throwback to the old type of branding from decades ago.
