Do not know where to begin. I came one night to go bowling with my friends. Biggest mistake I had ever made. I paid ten dollars to bowl and the balls kept getting stuck and not returning from the machine & the lane kept shutting down. My lane never finished a game. I ordered a soft pretzel and a Caesar Salad first before everybody else. Didn't get it until 50 mins later after everybody else. A soft pretzel, how long does it take to make a soft pretzel at a bowling alley? I also decided to do a race there. That was also a huge mistake. When I asked one of the pit crew how do I check in & where do I go since I was worried about making the race, he said he would help me. Instead, he goes to the bar and gets a soda and tries to hide, never comes back. I paid for my ticket to race online beforehand, they looked at my license & my credit card and signed me in. Then they required $3.00 extra for the face mask. I wanted to know how to buy one so the lady at the front desk said to go to the track to get it. I got there, sat through the training session, was given a face mask after explaining to them that they did not give me my ticket, waited for my race. I ended waiting for three races to finish until I started. Even after signing in, my name and car number didn't show up on the dashboard. I said why am I not on the board? The pit crew said I needed a ticket. So I already put all of my stuff in the safe including my phone that had my ticket. I had to unlock the safe & I showed my ticket on my phone. No, you need a print out. I said I went to the front desk and they never gave me one. I went back to the front desk and the lady behind the counter said she didn't give me a paper ticket because I didn't buy the face mask. I said you sent me over to the race area to get one. I came to this place to get away from stress, not deal with more. A bunch of teenagers run this place and they do not care whatsoever about their jobs or you. Place is extremely disorganized. Either use a system or a walkie talkie to talk to the front desk. LOOL. NEVER AGAIN!!! Save your money and go to Spins on the Hudson. The people there help you & care about their job. read more

Tried to go for the go-karts on two separate occasions. Showed up the first time, was told there was a corporate event and we should call ahead. Okay. Second time, called ahead, "no problem!", nobody was using the tracks and we could race. Between the time we called and the time we got there (we live in Mt. Kisco, so less than 10 minutes), there was a "corporate function" going on - which apparently had already been scheduled. Incompetent. Tried getting some information from staff with respect to when a good time would be to come, staff couldn't care less. Your classic minimum wage-disinterested teenagers type of place. This place is great for young and old kids. I live near here and have gone few times. My girls always have a blast and very comfortable setting. One big tip. They have a small restaurant and I have to say menu is small but so tasty and delicious. The chicken fingers are tender and perfect. Great pizza and awesome burgers. We also had their homemade fries , nachos are to die for and great salads. I was surprise the food was that good. I didn't think so since it's just basic food. I was wrong everything taste fresh and has great flavor. Sometimes I come here just for lunch with girls since they have affordable kids menu. read more

I had a blast at this place. It has everything - BAR, big screen TVs, bowling, laser tag, go karting, video games section, bouncy castle. It is a very kid friendly place, and if you want to spend a half a day hitting all these, you certainly can. After Karting, we had a few beers and food at the bar/restaurant, and to my surprise the food was actually decent there. We didn't bowl, but the plan is to go back and experience it all. The coolest part is that they time your every lap, so you can see how you did! Trying to beat the best time is certainly a lot of fun. Beating your buddy on the track is even more fun! read more

after looking up reviews on other go kart places, i picked this one since this is the most favored and i just crossed my fingers that i was making the right choice. other places were reviewed as rude staff and long wait time. this place has free parking which to be honest, i wasn't expecting. we had 2 adults and one child. 3 races for one adult was $30 i just wanted two races so it was only $20 3 races for my 9 yr old was $15 total: $65 plus tax came out to $66.11 we went yesterday (thursday), arrived at 4pm, it was almost empty. when you walk in, the bathrooms are to the left, walk past the front desk a few feet or so. the ladies room was very clean, and according to my boyfriend and son, they said the mens room was clean as well. to register: there are 3 computers next to the front desk attendants. you register yourself and your party individually. i made a ''profile'' for my son. it gives you the option to submit to them your email and password so you can check your lap times online at their site. make sure you have your drivers license with you if you wish to drive the faster go karts. also, if you dont wish to input your real name in their computer you dont have to. after that stand in line to actually speak with the attendant and to pay up. even though they take credit or debit, i recommend taking singles with you if you want to use their vending machines and to play their arcade games which include: basketball, air hockey, and car racing and shooting games. they also offer a bounce house for $10 and they also have laser tag and pool tables. after you pay,do not lose the little receipts with your names on them as those will be your ''tickets'' to actually race and also, they make you watch a 8 min video on their rules and safety. if cotton candy is your thing, they also have a $3 machine where you can watch it make your cotton candy. after the video, you can go straight to the changing room which is in the same area as the bar, you put on your jumpsuit, headsock which you need to dispose of in their bin, neckbrace and helmet. there is an attendant there if you should need help with picking and putting on the attire. we used the 8 yrs old and up track which they call ''tunnel''. my first impression of walking in there was how foggy it looked and how it burnt my eyes a little and the whole track of course smelled of strong smoke and gas. it took awhile for me to get used to. this 8yrs old and up track is open from noon to 1pm and then again at 5pm to 730pm. on their site it states on thursdays they open at 3pm but when i called them around 12pm they were open already, it was confusing but the staff member told me because of spring break, their hrs are extended so it is always a good idea to call ahead for hours instead of depending on their site. the wait time wasnt long at all. it was about 5 mins or less. if you buy more than 1 race, they dont allow you to sit in the go kart to go again, you would have to wait on line again but i guess we didn't go on a busy day so when we waited on line to go again, all we had to do was wait until the current race was over then we were allowed to get back into the go karts. the restaurant is called fuel. its within the venue so there are no doors or windows. they just placed the bar and tables and chairs in the open space area next to the tunnel track. its behind the bounce house. we just ordered 2 sodas and nachos and with tax included, our bill came out to $16 and they offer free soda refills. we personally liked the nachos. it was served with sides of sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. it was crispy and fresh like we were expecting. however if spending $9.95 on nachos isnt your thing, a little bit further down the same road is a dunkin donuts and burger king. also, there is a chase and hsbc bank along the way to this venue if you are coming from brooklyn. if memory serves me right, it is on RT 117. staff: both of the girl attendants at the front desk were friendly. the guys in the changing room were very helpful. all in all, the staff including the servers at fuel, were professional and experienced. we did not have one problem with any of the staff there. last but not least, dont expect to take home any souvenirs unless you want to purchase their merchandise which is displayed to your right as you first walk in i had hoped to maybe bring home a pen or small pin, something to remember this day besides the debit card receipt and pictures. i also recommend keeping what you dont need in your car. they only have a rack on wheels with hangers for your jackets so if you are paranoid like me about someone possibly taking your expensive jacket then just leave it in the car. sorry for the long review but i wanted to be as informative as much as possible since when i tried to look up more info online about this place, i couldnt find much. ps- theres a hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall in the arcade area next to the time crisis arcade game machine. read more

Very overpriced. Came here on a Sunday and paid $80 for 2 for a 5min race with too many racers it felt like a traffic jam in hot nasty jumpsuits they make you wear btw which have holes and not enough sizes . The worst of all was the cashiers. It was our first visit so we didn't know any details as to the packages they offer when I went to ask , the cashiers brushed us off and simply rushed us I then asked for the simple race and she charged us $80 for 2 @ 3:15 and made us wait 2 hours for a supposely the first available race which was 5:15 . We grabbed a bite hade dessert and watched emptied races until finally 515 Save your money there are better places . read more

This review is mainly in regards to their customer service or lack thereof. 4 of us made reservations to bowl tonight (Sat Feb 9th) and of course none of us can get there because there was a blizzard last night, I got 23 inches of snow and my friend who lives in CT has about the same and has no power so we called to reschedule, we didn't even want to cancel, they gave us a really hard time and would only allow us to keep reservations for 2 weeks. Rude, inconsiderate and money hungry. If I had not paid for the reservations I would never set foot in this place but I will since I am not losing money so perhaps they can change my mind about their customer service once I am there. read more

We took our 10 year old niece here as she wanted to go bowling and both Jefferson Valley lanes and Cortland Lanes were not doing open bowl Sunday afternoon. We had been to Grand Prix before with both of our nieces and while expensive, they had a good time, so we decided to head out there. When we arrived there were at least two kids birthday parties going on, so it was busier than it had been last time we had gone. No big deal though as it's a huge place. We go to the back where the bowling alley is and a bald headed man in a suit (manager maybe) was behind the desk and immediately said "Hi, I can't help you" with a chuckle. You're a manager, or someone deemed "important" enough to wear a suit, so how about a "Hi, I'm such and such the 'fill in the blank' the regular attendant will be with you in just a moment"...we waited about 10 minutes only to be informed no lanes would be open for about an hour. Niece was disappointed, but they do have a pretty large arcade as well and as it turns out, it was cheaper than bowling. They also had a stand set up offering glitter tattoos...just up a 10 year olds alley. Between the glitter tattoo and the arcade she was a pretty happy camper. I like how they put your tickets you won directly on the card you swipe to play each game...so much easier than carrying fistfuls of tickets around. In the end she had a great time and that's all that matters and since this is one of the few places of its kind in the area, I'd assume it'll stay open for quite some time, but how about we work on training some of the staff a bit better? read more

I stopped in here at the beginning of last month for the 1st time. I have to say at first I didn't know what to think. I have been to a few k1 speeds and have liked them for the most part. I usually race alone:) because I like to have the go cart wide open !!! when ever possible lol but I raced with a bunch of guys I didn't know who for the record where pretty good I must say.I Liked the way we parked them and they filled you up right there:) I must say the gritty track is much better just an all around better handling more control,I think! will give more confidence to the rider? what do I know? lol! I liked the way the track rose the two levels. I read other reviews of this place with pro cons. The cons where the service was slow and not that good, the carts had loose steering and where falling apart and had poor acceleration at times. I must say I disagree with a few of these statements but everyone is different and there experience might be different then mine. I Thought the service was good an the stirring in the carts was more then adequate for me and I usually race hardcore and consider myself overweight by 50 pounds unfortunately! I agree with carts at times had poor acceleration especially on the straight away. It was tricky because other times they where fast! and the acceleration I thought was good!? Overall I liked Grand Prix ! id race there again if it wasn't so far away for me. If the place that was given a so much better review? is that much better id like to see it !. Go there and judge for myself. In closing id go back any day and recommend Grand Prix NY Racing to anyone. O and another thing I like the way they sent me the results of the race! I'm not sure if K1SPEED was better at this or just different either way I liked it:) read more

I came here today on a Sunday with my boyfriend. It wasn't too crowded, the space was large and mostly clean (more on that later). When we arrived we were told to enter our information into the computer then after they would help get us set up. Setup was easy and we had no problem using our living social vouchers which gave us 2 races and $5 towards food to spend at their restaurant. As soon as we were all setup with the front desk they made us go into a briefing room to watch a video about safety procedures. There's nothing really worth mentioning about this part except I felt some rules they went over here didn't apply to everyone who was on the track (I will get to that later). After watching the video, we went to the changing room. Here it was a little cluttered and disorganized with peoples random clothing strewn on to the benches, hangers on floor, used head socks on the benches and floor, some of the head socks on the rack I wouldn't tell if they were used or just messed up in the pile, some jumpsuits from previous users on the floor and on the benches, some jumpsuits were hung up on racks, but in no particular order so finding a size felt like I was shopping at a bargain clothing store with sizes just randomly shoved somewhere. There was a good mix of sizes and me and my boyfriend didn't have problems finding a size that fit for the jumpsuits. Though I should mention it was rather gross because it felt very hot inside them and they weren't laundered from previous folks who used them that day (in fact I don't even know when they were last laundered since some of them looked really dirty). My boyfriend however during his second run couldn't find a helmet his size. They seemed to be all out and he had to get one size bigger. Yes we did ask around for help trying to get the right size, but they weren't able to locate one. We went on to the track next. They seemed like they were in a hurry to get the race started. I go into my assigned go-kart and I couldn't reach the gas and break, that was adjusted rather quickly and before I could say I barely can touch the steering wheel, the guy was telling me to go and had walked away and was waving the guy behind me to start going. I drove the entire race steering with barely my finger tips. It was very unpleasant. On top of that I was bumped what I would consider a lot, despite the safety video saying bumping is not allowed and you will be warned. One guy even rammed me into the wall during a turn and not one of the flaggers said a thing to him. Noticed he was one of the guys who had his own gear suit helmet gloves and everything including a helmet cam (must have been pro or something). I just felt like here they gave him special treatment cause he was either a regular or a pro. It's not supposed to be serious, it's supposed to be fun, but some of these pompous asses act like they are entitled to the whole track and just ruin the experience for others. My second race was a lot better, it was a lot less crowded with only 6 people on the track compared to 11 for the first race. I did not get bumped during my second race, but I think that might have only been because my boyfriend was behind me the whole time. I'm not asking for special treatment here, and I did my part by yielding to people who were faster than me and letting them pass. The staff needs to adhere to the set of rules that were setup by the organization and make sure everybody follows them and not let a select few go under the radar. The karts here do go fast. Steering is a bit tough. It's a real workout. It might have also just been the kart I was in, but I compared the sore muscles to when I went ocean kayaking. I was on the uptown track. The elevation changes were nice. It lacked a long straight away which I had expected they would have so there seemed to be very few places and only short distances were I can take advantage of the full speed. I cannot speak for the other tracks available there since I was not on them. Between our 2 races, we grabbed a bite to eat. We ordered 2 cokes and fries, nothing special since we had dinner plans after. The fries arrived promptly and tasted pretty good, The bartender was polite and courteous. When we finished our cokes she even asked if we wanted refills. They have a fully bar, but they do not allow you to drink before races, so I cannot comment on the quality of drinks since I did not have any. The women's bathroom was on the gross side. 1 stall had diarrhea, another had a pad in it with bloody water in the bowl. Not sure on the mens room, my boyfriend never mentioned anything. Overall I did have fun but it could have been more fun and most of the problems with the first race could have been fully avoided if more care and attention were taken by the staff. If it weren't for the living social voucher this would have been an overpriced failure with rates at $10 for daily membership and $25 per race. read more

I must say that this facility is top notch! My friends and I come here about once amonth. We live on long island about an hour drive each way. Extremely worth it. The facility is always extremely clean, and the Staff is amazing. The karts and the track are also extremely well maintained. Its always an extremely fun and competitive (amongst friends). I planned to take my little brother here and his friends for his birthday. After driving 40 minutes with a bunch of excited kids, I was told the race tracks were closed because it's under construction until November 1st, but the arcade and bowling are still opened. Before driving out to Grand Prix, I went on the website to make sure they were open and everything was ok to go. there was nothing sated on the website that the race track will be closed and under construction until November 1st. It was a waste of time and the kids were very disappointed, the only reason we went so far was for the go-carts. I was very disappointed, and we left. read more

The arcade is highway robbery. The money to card exchanger doesn't give any change management basically told me not there problem. So to be a good parent proceeded to use up a mistakenly purchased $50. The cell ticket giving machines sucked up $50 on maybe 20 minutes. I have been a long time patron of GPNY since they opened. I have completed a racing league (Brabham), and arrived-to-drive more than a dozen times. While I love the racing, the company as a whole is becoming diluted and is losing focus. This is likely because it must be hemorrhaging cash(a terrible investment). The Ugly -- So F'ing EXPENSIVE - this is what really gets me. Start by buying a day pass - that's $10. Congrats, now you have to buy your races, at $25 apiece. Did I mention that they last less than 10 minutes? Racing here is more expensive than a celebrity cocaine habit. 4 races for $80? Still not a deal! And where's that college discount? [college discounts only apply to the yearly membership ($35) and come with one free race (go on a supertrack day if they still have those)] -- This place has totally lost its focus. It was created as a professional go karting track, but has since become a kid's arcade. They have killed off downtown in favor of 2 children's race tracks... It that isn't a divergence from the original business plan, then what is? Maybe the bowling alley, or the Arcades, or the Laser tag (also expensive as hell). Oh wait! Don't forget the Bouncy Castle! Oh wait, it costs $10!!! and its only for kids 12 or younger. The Good + The karts are fun and fast. Totally adrenaline-pumping. I can't emphasize this enough, but it is SO MUCH FUN + They offer racing leagues and endurance races. I did a league; it made me much better and was a total blast + It is in a convenient location - lets be honest, there are no alternatives anywhere near by + The Fuel bar is pretty good, with tasty food and nice drinks. That being said, it was pretty obvious the two bartenders weren't used to running a bar. (blender trouble, tasting drinks to make sure they were right, had to look up the drink I asked for) + Free Pool - give your ID to the front desk for balls and cue sticks The Bad - The staff can be a little too laid back and careless - when the place opened, there were strict rules for safety. When I went last week, I had a guy working there that kept crossing the track, getting in my way during many of my laps. I didn't have to avoid him, but he was too close for comfort - The karts are decently maintained - Some are better than others. I guess that's life, but you are assigned your kart and thats all you can do (warm up the tires if they are cold) - The rental equipment is getting sleazy - the helmet visors are scratched to pieces, it is very difficult to see out of them. People get sweaty while racing, and ive definitely picked up a moist jumpsuit in the past. The Summary GPNY is on its way to becoming an overpriced children's arcade. The racing (the CORE of their original business) is no longer serious and is insanely expensive. Don't get me wrong, I keep coming back to this place like a bad crack addiction, but it is getting marginally worse every time. I believe that they are diversifying their business, in an attempt to actually turn a profit. It's just sad that they are selling out so badly, as this had a lot of hope when it opened. There aren't too many go kart options so I wasn't expecting much when I got here. There are more cons than pros but fortunately, my group did have some fun. Pros - Spacious and pretty clean looking facilities - Variety of activities from pool to bowling to go kart racing - Not too crowded so we had the track to ourselves Cons - A little difficult to find off the main road. There's a sign at the corner of the street with arrows pointing you to the location but if you miss that sign, you need to make a u-turn - Expensive ($10 for daily membership/pay once, $25 for 1 race) - The employees don't seem to care about working there at all. They were either chatting amongst themselves or purposely complaining about the fact they have to reach into a dirty sweaty jumpsuit b/c some careless customer left an inside out jumpsuit on the bench. In all fairness, that is pretty gross but the employee didn't have to say it outloud to the rest of us in the locker room 3x. He was clearly disgruntled. - Pretty unorganized. After you sign up and register, there are no clear directions on what to do next. We were just told that we needed to watch a video. After circling around for a few minutes, we found the room...empty. We found the remote pretty easily and watched a video that we never had to finish. Someone came in and directed us to the changing room and gave a quick tutorial on the flag definitions. They outfit you with the other items, helmut, neck support, etc. then tell you which go kart to get into. They don't really check to make sure you're in your go kart safely, they just ask you, "You're good?" Then off you go...no other guidance such as how many laps, whether or not you're timed, etc. I really wish there was a closer go kart racing venue with better management. This place could really be great if they wanted it to be but not too sure if I'm coming back at all. read more

Would give it zero stars if I could!! It was terrible from the moment my family and I walked in. They have you sign up on their computer for their waiver....then you get their spam emails. That wasn't the bad part....I have 4 kids and it took way to long. It made me automatically hate this place. Once we got past that there was the bounce house which was underinflated and was just waiting for one of my kids or someone else to break their neck. I took them out quickly.. waste of money...& 10 per child!!! They are insane. The staff were clueless and if you want you child to get lice then go ride on their go carts!! They have you put something on your head for the helmet, but the suits look and smelled liked they have NEVER been washed!!! Overall.....way too expensive ( how dare you also charge $5 for bowling shoes!), dirty, inexperienced and sorry to say stupid staff, waste of money!! This is a GREAT TIME! I went here with my younger brother for a fun day out. We mini golfed, raced go karts, played in the arcade, did the shooting, ate and hung out for an entire day. I don't remember what it cost but I know it was very affordable. It is a very safe place for children and they educate their customers before they use equipment. I think this would be a great family fun day or it can even be a fun night out for friends because there is a fully stocked bar. Depending on the type of relationship you're in it can even be an awesome date. This place was over 2 hours from my house, that's why I haven't gone back but I definitely would. read more

Indoor go-kart facility. A lot of fun. Brutally expensive, but that's just the way it is for full-speed, big-track karting. In my opinion, the gas powered karts and track are a bit more fun than the electric powered karts at V17 in Paramus, which I think is the only New York-area competition. Note for first timers -- karting like this is NOT for the faint of heart. You go fast, the turns are very sharp, and there are a lot of people who take it very seriously and drive aggressively. Being bumped and slammed at 30+ mph is no joke. Good for older kids, too -- they have a track and speed-governed karts for 8 and up. The bounce-house (which is, admittedly, huge) costs $10 for the day -- pretty ridiculous. Arcade is fairly weak. Food is far better than you'd expect for a go-kart joint, but also expensive; $1 or $2 more for staples, and $15-$25 for entrees that would be $5 less at a diner. Warning: they have a system to prevent you from having anything to drink before you drive, so plan accordingly. Final thought on directions: the facility is not directly on N. Bedford Road, but in an office/industrial park about 300 yards west of it. The 333 N. Bedford Road sign is big, though, even though "Grand Prix" is a small part of the signage on it. Hands down best go kart track I've been to. Amazing staff, especially their track managers. Everyone is always very helpful and the racing is fantastic. This track is perfect for people who are in to karting, unlike some of the other tracks around the NY/CT area. Real racing actually happens here unlike those other tracks. I would drive upwards of 2 hours just to come to this track. Absolutely no complaints and again their staff is amazing. If you go in make sure to meet their track managers Mike and Chairlie. Great people and they will make sure you have a good visit to Grand Prix. Overall very satisfied with this track and it is now my go to track everything I go race. read more

This is the second time I took my kids there and it is definitely the LAST. I'm not sure if the heavy heavy gasoline smell that made my eyes and throat throb was worse then the feel of inhaling such a toxic substance, but this did not happen when I came last year. I am wondering if the new addition of the bowling alley has interrupted the ventilation system. I am going to call and voice my serious concerns. The rides took an extremely long time to get onto for the boys. After one and a half hours they only got on ONE lap and I paid for three. I come here all the time. Not only the staff is lazy, the vending machines don't work. I paid 6 dollars worth of snacks and called over a manager to at leased give me my money back. But no. He violently shakes the machine around 5 kids including me and gives me 1 bag of chips and then tells me he can't give me the rest of my money back. This review is for the Grand Prix only - we went on Groupons so this was not a bad deal. Full price can get a bit expensive. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the whole experience was a lot of fun. The track has no AC so dress accordingly. The jumpsuits are optional and I can't imagine having to wear one in the Summer. Each race lasts about 15 minutes and that is plenty long enough. I went to Grand nPrix for a fundraising event and was blown away. This place is actually an indoor racetrack (actually 2 different tracks) for scaled down race cars. I never had more fun. If you love Nascar then this will blow you away. On top of it the event space with full bars, awesome food and great ambience made the event I was at one of the most exciting venues I've seen recently. I highly recommend the place for a day of exciting sport, or for planners to do a FAM trip to scope out for your next party. WOW! read more

This review is written from the point of view of a desperate mom who needed to get her 2.5 year old out of the house after being cooped up due to snow. This place was a lifesaver! They have a soft play/bouncy area and it was just what he needed to get his energy out. It's big and fun with lots to jump on and play on. I really didn't mind paying $10 for that. We went on a Sunday afternoon at 4:30 and it wasn't very crowded. They have three different areas for kids to play in/on, one specifically for littler kids, but he wouldn't stay there- he had to play in the big kid area. I'd be a little worried about him colliding with the bigger kids if it was more crowded, but it was fine when we were there. read more

Vroooooom.....Did you hear that? That was me zipping past my team members. It felt good walking around with the gold medal around my neck for a while, I felt like a kid again haha! This place is so much fun, Bowling, Arcade games, beer, junk food and the best of all, GO KARTING. These karts are pretty good and they go up to 40- 45 mph, that is serious speed on the twisting and turning track. They give you a racing suit which is optional but hey, why miss out on the fun? Just wear them, no body will judge you and anything helps in the winter. Your adrenaline will be pumped and you wouldn't feel the cold even with the exhausts sucking out the heat along with the fumes. If you want to drive some kickass carts, go here. We were here for a team building activity and 35 of us had a lot of fun. Food was a little disappointing but it is at par with any similar places like these. read more

Went there last week with my husband, my son and his girlfriend. When we walked in we were very kindly instructed to make accounts on the iPad's provided to go on the karts. The track staff made sure we were safe and secure they were very funny made us feel comfortable. There was a lot of young staff but regardless they were very attentive and their managers Katrina was there to answer any questions we had. There is also a bowling alley was very fun the girls were very nice, they got us onto a lane very quickly, the shoes run true to size, you can call the restaurant staff and they will quickly bring your food to you. Racing is the best part but expensive. The bowling is also fun but the wait is unbearable to get a lane usually. The food is horrible, like microwaved food that is still cold horrible. Video game area is ok. Go for the go-karts which are fun for the 10 mins you get to ride them. read more

Worst experience on Saturday 1/3/15 I called on Friday about Saturday hours of operation and they told us the race track is open until 8pm. I called Saturday before heading out of home (45min travel) in a snowy condition and they said sure come a half hour before you want to ride, make sure to come before 7:50pm. We got there 7:15pm and the girl at the front desk told us, sorry but we can't take you today because it's too close to closing. I told her that we called twice to check and we traveled an hour in such a weather. SHE COULDN'T CARE LESS! WE LEFT - THE KIDS WERE IN TEARS! read more
