TIME TO RACE

I have been around a couple of tracks accumulating almost 7k points in k1 speed and i can tell you the Mount Kisco track is one of the best i visited, the staff is friendly , polite and safety inclined , you will have lots of fun like i always do!!! Racing here is a challenge for the people that want to really feel the heat of racing. and also fun for the kids with all their arcade games and food. Ferdy and his staff are just great !!!!!!! will definatly keep coming back for more.

Go karts are way too slow. You can basically run these carts full throttle for like 99% of the track (and maybe 95% throttle entering some corners). It was not challenging at all and borderline boring. Also for some reason the track surface changes midway through to a more slick surface. One of the people in our group inquired it and was told that they had to reduce the top speed because they were having issues with the carts going too fast (several carts were out of commission). This was unacceptable imo because we were still paying full price. On top of that the on line reservation system is messed up. We had a group of 8 people trying to sign up for the same races but times would randomly disappear which made it hard for us all to book together (even though in reality they were not sold out). Hopefully when we arrived the front desk was able to get us all together.

They could really improve the prizes at this arcade.

I enjoy coming to this arcade with my kids but I think there are some ways they could improve. I'll start with some of the things I appreciate about this place. It's big and has a nice variety of arcade games. I think they could offer a bit more value when buying credits. $50 gets you 136 credits which is about 45 plays if you take the average of most games being about 3 credits. It would be nice if you got some free credits which the purchase of a $20 card. I've gone twice and the staff working in the prize area were super unfriendly. The prizes are disappointing. As parents we spent $100 for two kids to play in the arcade our kids ended up collectively with about 3000 tickets and there weren't any prizes they even wanted. The owners should invest in some nicer prizes. These prizes wholesale costs very little. It wouldn't hurt to be more generous.

Bowling night out

Went bowling with friends on a Saturday night. We made reservations and paid online beforehand to secure our spot. It was $40 to rent one bowling lane for one hour and it serves up to five people. Just make sure you watch the time while bowling because the timer shuts off and the computer cut us off when we were bowling our last round.... We asked the employee if she would give us five more minutes so we could finish our last round and she gave us a bit of an attitude but then gave us the minutes.

The race track was good; it was my first racetrack so my standards aren't to high lol.

This place sucks. They open at 12 and tracks are only for a private birthday. What a waste of time!!

Fun to do with a group of friends but only worth it if there's a deal otherwise it can be pricey.

Upon arrival, we waited in line for a few minutes and by time we got to the front we were told to go to the computers off to the side to make an account to get our K1 Speed "license." Then we had to get back in line again. Wish there was a sign that said to make an account first so we didn't waste time. Once getting our "license" we were given a head wrap to wear underneath our helmets and told that the next race wasn't for another hour. I asked the guy if he could give us a schedule - are races at the top of each other? This would help us determine where we could go eat to kill time. He just said to come back in a hour and he would make it work. To be honest, I had zero confidence. I thought we were going to rush back from eating and then wait another 30mins but he thankfully told us he could have us racing in 5mins. The race was fun - there were 6 of us as a group along with a few strangers in the mix. We did the lowest option which was included 2 races. One race itself is 12 laps which takes approx 10mins. The 2 race option was about $55 per person - little pricey considering how quickly it goes. K1 is an indoor go-kart race facility located inside the Palisades Mall on the 2nd level. It's all electric and the adult karts can go up to 45mins. Vroom vroom

Nice views of the water along the boardwalk. A very cool old-school retro feel, like America and apple pie days of the past. The park's grounds are well maintained. As some mentioned there were rides which were not open but hopefully this summer all will be operational as it's a nice day trip to have some fun. It's a very family friendly place and good for the kiddies. Food is available but it's basically carnival eats - pizza, hot dogs, burgers, ice cream, fries, chicken fingers - which is as expected. You come here to enjoy not worry about your diet. Hopefully the new ownership who took it over will have everything up and running this season.

Admission is free, and rides were free for my 23 month old son, he had just made the 36" mark to ride. We only brought one $15 adult ticket for rides since someone had to watch our new baby . Like most reviewers mentioned, there are quite a few rides that were closed, probably around 1/4 of the rides were not operating on a Saturday! Fortunately, there was minimal waiting for rides. 2-5 minutes max, or no wait at all! The rides are not in the best conditions. We spent most of our time at the kiddie section. I went on the submarine ride with my son and ride suddenly stopped at the top as it was half way through. The jolt (when the ride stopped) was so big that my back spine slammed into the seat. It was painful and quite scary for myself. I asked the operator about what had just happened on my way out, and he said it happens often!! Horror!! Your food options are extremely limited. Pizza ( cheese or pepperoni), chicken fingers, fries, hot dogs, burgers, ice cream, and pretzels. I may be missing a few! I was in shock to learn a bottle of purified water would cost $4.50, so pack your own water to stay hydrated!!

We did two races my teenager could participate in, plus one pro race. In every race, multiple karts stopped partway through, and each time one of us was involved. I understand that issues can happen, but there was absolutely no communication from staff about what was happening or why. The worst moment was watching my child's kart stop on a hill and slide backward down the incline. The same thing had happened to me earlier, but seeing it happen to my child was far more upsetting. It felt unsafe and genuinely scary. On top of that, the whole experience caused me major anxiety. I understand the need for safety, but the silence from staff during repeated stoppages made everything worse. It felt like being stuck in a vacuum with no information, and that lack of communication added so much unnecessary stress. The axe throwing was great, but the go-karting experience left me very uncomfortable because of the safety concerns and poor communication.

First off, the place was very clean, the music was amazing, and the lighting really enhanced the vibes. From start to finish, the staff was outstanding. Super friendly, very patient, and extremely accommodating. They made everything hassle-free and easy, and because of them we all had an amazing time. Our hostess Bree was so sweet and truly made the night special while keeping everything running smoothly. Our servers JJ and Jessica kept us full and made sure nothing stayed empty for more than a couple of minutes. Joseph, our bartender, was funny, super laid back, and quick with the drink orders, which is exactly what you want at an event like this. The manager Shania oversaw everything and was simply amazing. Honestly, the entire staff deserves raises. They were on it and were the glue that kept everything together and running. Big shoutout as well to Jeannine in guest services who helped me book the reservation and gave excellent food recommendations. We did an event package and the pricing was very reasonable for what you get. We had 2.5 hours of bowling, food, premium bar access, and shoe rental included. We had a whole lane to ourselves, #57. We pre-ordered chicken tenders, cheeseburger sliders, Caesar salad, chips and salsa, mozzarella bites, and french fries. To finish the night, we had the freshly baked and fried donuts. All of us agreed the food was good. My personal favorites were the chicken tenders, the fried confetti donuts, and the mozzarella bites. Most of the group came from far away, and by the end of the night we were already planning our next event. Everyone loved it and said they would absolutely come back. I highly recommend booking an event package here or even just reserving a lane. There is also an arcade downstairs that we did not get to try this time, but I am definitely looking forward to coming back and trying it and ordering more items from the food menu.
