When I came back to pick it up, they charged an outrageous and unforeseen amount of 650€. Doesn't take much more to buy a completely new MacBook. The boss of the store told me that they would trash my device if I wouldn't pay. Even though I had already seen him there on that day, I was told that "Matze" was "busy" when I demanded to talk to him. I should have recorded every conversation - lesson learned. Don't trust these folks. The customer service is lousy anyway. All I can say is: never again.

Undoubtedly, this is Apple's fault, but, for example in Tampa, FL, the manager already informed people waiting in line the night before. Here they didn't, which shows that they wanted to force people to buy the black one, so they didn't wait in line "for nothing".
