Don't go near him. One brother might be registered but the one that comes out is not. He simply explains over the phone back to his brother what the issue is and then advises.

This I did but the exact problem still occured. When I contacted him again he stated it was now my issue and his brother had given the correct advise so I must have done something wrong!!
