A good lawyer is everything.... - Lew Ashby…read more So we decided that given all the changes we have had that our decades old trust was no longer cutting it, and decided to simply start out fresh. We had poked around our area and none of the local estate firms really seemed to fit our needs. At the suggestion of a good friend we gave the Yee Law Group a call. From beginning to end the experience was excellent. In terms of getting this done we were the ones that lagged a bit and every time we provided or revised something, we heard back in less that one business day. The were friendly and professional at every turn. We headed up to Sacramento and signed the documents with no fuss. Friendly, competent legal services with reasonable pricing? Look no further

I practiced law in Chicago for many years before retiring to Northern California, so when I need a…read morelawyer for help in an area of the law outside my own expertise, I am very particular about who I retain. When my wife and I needed our trusts redone, I researched available law firms specializing in wills and trusts. Yee Law Group stood out during my research, and we are very happy we chose them for this project. At our first meeting with Michael Yee, it was obvious that he was an expert in this area of the law. He confidently answered all of our questions in ways that made his answers clear and understood. He gave us full confidence in every aspect of the professional relationship. Importantly, every communication with his staff was friendly and helpful, and it made us feel as though we were important clients of the firm. Our project is now complete, and it is easy for me to add my own 5-star review to all of the other 5-star reviews earned by Michael's law firm. The professional fee charged was fair, and I highly recommend Yee Law Group for all legal matters relating to wills and trusts.

Angela was able to provide very clear details and expectations throughout the stressful eviction process. I appreciated the fact that she communicated often throughout the process even when dealing with a family emergency. There were times when she responded to my emails even late at night which really put me at ease to get such quick responses. After contacting Angela early in June 2024, I received the keys to my house back early October 2024 which all things considered in California is pretty quick. She was even able to refer me to a lawyer after the eviction to help with owed rent. All in all, I highly recommend Angela for any eviction needs for a straightforward process and reasonable prices. Her communication is also what sets her service apart from her others. Thank you Angela!

It's 3 days after submitting all our documents and payment online and I am googling to find out if the business is even open and real which is not a good sign. It seems like they must have gone out of business because it seems strange that there is no communication whatsoever. No one answering the phone? No one answers emails? I can't find anywhere it says this location is now closed but something is not right. Disappointed. So after first denying we existed I sent a copy of the very confirmations of information uploaded to their website and payment to their office. I also sent the emails that went ignored. The owner has now refunded us but what about the time we lost in a time-sensitive legal matter? An eviction matter has a specific time-clock and it's already a drawn out process. The owner can rapid fire respond to a yelp or google review but couldn't be bothered to respond to emails? To calls? Or to take any action whatsoever? That's priorities! And to be clear- tonight I read a review by someone named Matt Reis on google. He had the exact same experience 4 weeks ago. He lost valuable time and money due to their inaction and dereliction. And no one communicated with him either. So it's a pattern not an anomaly. Who wants to deal with a company on sensitive matters that is so unreliable, unprofessional, uncommunicative, and who is more concerned with their yelp reviews than client service? We got our money back but they wasted our time. We won't forget that for any of our rental properties.

I'd trust a chef to know who is making the best food, and a doctor to know who the best surgeon is. In this respect, as an attorney, I can tell you that it was the best decision we could make to have The Ferrera Law Firm form a trust for our family. We considered doing it ourselves, and boy that would have been a big mistake. Ms. Ferrera is friendly, attentive, responsive, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I know first hand how dealing with lawyers really can be difficult at times. Many are overworked, and are not that eager to respond to their clients' every need. Ms. Ferrera, however, is the exception. You simply will not find a better attorney to represent you in this field of law. If you're like me, and you have a family and need to make sure that they are taken care of should anything happen to you or your spouse, then I would not hesitate in calling the Ferrera Law Firm. And, her fees are fair and reasonable. I'm not sure if there are "cheaper" options out there, but I can tell you without a doubt that for something this important, cheaper is not better. My family was incredibly satisfied with her work, and recommend her highly.

Mr. Wong thoroughly explained the process, made sure I provided all documentation needed for a proper transfer and completed the transfer with the help of his assistant Bethany, notary. Each appointment I had with Mr. Wong was handled very professionally. Our other need was for a will and living trust to be created for both of us. Mr. Michael Yee oversaw the entire process, interviewing us in person and giving us extended time to explain our needs and to collect the information needed for a proper will and living trust for us. It is very important to create a will and living trust that cannot be disputed. Mr. Yee created the perfect documents for our needs, providing a beautiful binder (more elaborate than any I've ever seen before! The binder comes with all the documentation, tabs, letterhead and a very nice red pen. Very classy and functional!) We feel that the cost to create our wills and living trusts is absolutely proper.
